NovaCopy’s MFPs ship with a wide range of standard security functions & features such as HDD Encryption and password security - keeping your hard drive’s data safe and secure from any threat.

• HHD Encryption stores your data in a password - encrypted box on the hard drive. Once a hard drive is encrypted, its data can never be read.

• HHD Overwrite, prior to machine disposal or relocation an administrator can “scrub” the entire hard disk so all data is erased.

• HHD Lock Password locks down a hard drivewith a 20 character password. If someone steals the hard drive, they must havethe password.

• User Authentication: customers can choose to use a standard device based authentication method or an optional card reader method to control device access and secure document distribution
