Solution: Please run MKCL Updater & reinstall OES 3.0 update. After updating OES 3.0 update, you will see “MS-CIT 2016 IPTs “event for downloading in OES.

2. Some ALCs facing below shown problem of “OES-Practical Client has stopped working” while attempting practical questions in OES.

Solution: To resolve this issue, please do OES admin login & download data again of event “MS-CIT 2016 IPTs”.

3. Test is not available for reattempt Solution: Each candidate can attempt this paper of Final Online Exam Practice 10 times. To reattempt the paper, go to tab “TESTS AVAILABLE FOR RE-ATTEMPT” on candidate dashboard page as shown in below screenshot.

4. ERA-OES Client stops working on Xtenda Solution Steps:

Please check that there is sufficient free RAM available on Xtenda server machine.

Avoid using ERA on Xtenda client machines while you are attempting practical exam in OES.

Open task manager, monitor the processes which are utilizing high memory & stop/kill the

unnecessary processes.

5. White screen appearing while attempting practical questions of Internet.

Solution: Remove currently installed Adobe Flash Player from the machine & install Adobe Flash Player 11 on that machine.
