• Be courteous to all visitors
• Before sending visitor inside the premises confirm the
appointment with the concerned employee
• Proactively ask visitors to declare laptop, pen drive and other electronic storage devices and note down their serial number and manufacturer
• If any misconduct is observed report immediately to the

Ask visitors to write their details in the visitors register Check and Write down details of laptop, pen drive and other
digital devices Escort the visitor to the cabin of person to whom visitor is
suppose to meet, do not leave any visitor inside without escort
Get First Aid training to handle the emergency
Maintain a list of emergency contact numbers example: the nearest
police station, hospital and fire brigade
Report on time for the duty and follow proper take over procedure Display your Identity Card while on duty Do not leave the duty till hand over to the reliever Keep a record of incoming vehicles
Other Duties
Vigilance and patrolling around the premises in the night Make sure that the employee has taken the written permission from
the HoD to take any information asset or physical asset out of the premises
Maintain the record of the employees working after and before the office hours.
Keep the office keys (including all cabins) in a key box under lock and key and give to only authorised person. Note down the details of the person while issue and retrieve of keys
