Tip #1 – Google Alerts

What is it?– A service from Google that emails you whenever your keywords show up online.

For example, know when your product is mentioned in a blog.

Where can I find it?– Google.com/alerts

Tell Google where to look. For example, only in blogs.

How often do you want to be alerted?

Do you want them to be emailed? You can also receive in RSS.

Steps to Add to Lotus Notes: Right click on your toolbar Toolbar preferences

Customize Click “New” and select “Button” Fill in a Caption and in the “Formula” window use the

following commands: To add a blank line insert:

@Command([EditInsertText];@NewLine); To add a text line insert:

@Command([EditInsertText];“Your Text Here");

For example, you could cut and paste the following:
