I like most people who procrastinate; we struggle incessantly to shake off procrastination. Here are 3 easy steps on how to deal with procrastination and move forward:
1. Recognize that you are a procrastinator
If you have procrastinated a lot (like me) you might have discovered that: The first step in How to deal with procrastination is to recognize that you have a problem. You procrastinate to avoid doing something that is boring or hard. You want to avoid this pain.
2.Discover and dispute the reasons of your procrastination
The second step on How to deal with procrastination is to discover the deepest reasons that you have for not to do that or this. After you discover the reasons you must dispute them critically and realistic.
3. Get the things done
Instead of doing nothing, begin with doing something. Just stack a couple of simple actions to create a flow.
I’ve found these steps to be very effective if you don’t know how to deal with procrastination. If
you think that this is not enough, maybe you want to try the full BiG5 System that will include a lot of tools and a reward system and of course
