How to Make Potato Salad

Potato Salad － < ingredients >

4-5 potatoes 1/4 cut carrot 1/3 cup black

olives 1 tbsp. onion 3 tbsp. celery 3 tbsp. sweet

relish

1 tbsp. French Mustard

2 tsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. Italian

dressing 1 cup mayonnaise 2eggs salt + pepper

　　　 STEP1

Boil potatoes in salted water for about 30 minutes, or until soft.

Peel and cube potatoes and put into a large bowl.

Sprinkle vinegar over potatoes.

　　　 STEP4

Boil eggs for about 15 minutes, peel and chop.

　　　　 STEP5

Peel onions and chop finely.

　　　 STEP6

Chop celery, slice olives, and shred carrot.

　　　 STEP7

Add onion, celery, carrot, and sweet relish.

　　　 STEP8

Mix mayonnaise, Italian dressing, and mustard.

　　　 STEP9

Add mayonnaise mixture to potatoes and stir lightly.

　　　 STEP10

Carefully stir in the eggs and olives.

　　　　 STEP11

Add salt and pepper to taste.

　　　 STEP12

Cover and chill 3 hours.

MY OPINION

I have no this software called Power Point, so I was really excited to use this kind of software.

I learned how to make Potato Salad in English.

If possible, I would like to try another one.
