To be a world class educator, you have to give your students these key
elements:
CLARITY
Teach how to focus and de-clutter the mind and again, to TRUST THE PROCESS. Clarity is the #1 asset you can give your students.
COMPETENCE
Which only comes from MASTERY. Knowing all there is to know about your field.
And mastery can only come with:
CONFIDENCE
Believe in your ability to serve;that you have what it takes to help people.
COACHING
Provide social support along the wayto ensure that your students are onthe right track.
COMMITMENT
This is the master KEY!

1. Know your ROLE and your AUDIENCE
Inspire &
Instruct
Their hopes, dreams, aspirations, frustrations & desires.

2. Create for OUTCOMES What does your customer want to achieve? Does it help them achieve/be something
specific?
If you just inspire and they don't learn anything new,
THEY WILL LEAVE YOU!
