2. WATCHOUT !Hygiene practice beforecooking : Firstly , make sure wewash our handsbefore cooking . We also must to keepour hands and nailsshort to prevent frombacteria. Makesure that ourequipment in a clean . Lastly , makesure wewear our apron toprevent dirty clothes . 3. 125 gm butter / margerin 60 gm icing sugar 1 egg (GRADE B) medium large size 240 gm flour 4. STEP TO MAKE THESWEET PASTRY :Beat the butter / margarine and icing sugar until creamy .Add the eggs , beat again .After that , add the flour .Mix to form dough . Push dough into the tart container . Press into a neat , neat .Trim the edges to stick a spoon or knife .Bake at 180C for 15 20 minutes .Wait a cool first and remove the tart mold . 5. STEP TO MAKETHE CHEESEFILLING : at cream cheese , butterand icing sugar till fluffy . Finally add the eggs andlemon juice extraction Spoon cheese filling intopiping bag and had pipekaninto tart dough that hasbeen burned before . Garnish wish a blueberryfilling over and arrange onthe baking tray and bakeat 180C for 10 minutes orfilling just looks a bit dry . 6. cREatED bY:
