In today’s technology world, everyone is wired up with smartphones, numerous entertainment channels, the internet, etc.

Review yourself how much you really need these things and how much you are trapped into it.

I know you need all these facilities to complete your other task but be honest with yourself and evaluate that how much time you waste, which could have been utilised in the things which you really wanted for yourself.

You can use “Break free” Cell Phone Addiction app or such kind of app to have a real track of your mobile usage.

This task will really open your eyes. Now you know where you can save your time.

This one is really tough but not impossible. In fact, I haven’t been up to this till now but I am on my way.

Your real zone is your daily routine, which you can’t break so you have to be hard with yourself.

Drag yourself either for early time or the late night time, whichever suits you best.

It’s a Chinese saying that if you want to make a habit of something follow it for seven days, your body will accept it as your routine.

So get ready to work beyond the limits and try to incorporate that in your routine.

It’s very tough to find time in a family, but it’s also some kind of easy to find time in the family.

You can talk with your family and can ask for help to adjust the timing or to help you in your routine stuff.

You can ask your husband to manage kid’s studies or play time. So that you will get some time for your dream.

‘When I go to office via metro, I have almost 20 minutes in hand, the same situation happens at evening.’

Yes, you have time for you, but you have to mark the hidden time and need to find the way – how to utilise that.

You and your friend’s kids are in the same school. You can share the responsibility for alternate days. This way you can get time in that time slot for at least thrice in a week.

Drop-Drop makes a count lets have a trial.

You usually have many repetitive tasks with you, which snatches your time.

Like at the starting of the month you always have to make a list of monthly grocery and have to go to get the things and have to manage them at home so this time, change the trend.

Make a computerised list of all the items which you need on the monthly basis and take the print out whenever you required.

So this way you will never forget anything to bring also you can talk to your nearest shop to provide you home delivery of your stuff.

Also, you can do online shopping, it will save your travel time, pick time and payment queue time.

There are infinite possibilities which you could do to find time to achieve your goal

Step 3: Know what you wantFinding time is just not enough. You have worked

a lot to save time, but do you know what to do with it?

If your answer is NO, Alas! Gradually you will lose interest and you will reach no where.

Mantra is that you have to know what you want to do and how much time you needed for this, only after all this information you will be able to manage the things properly.

Step 4: Initially, prepare your week's calendar. Eg: My week's target is completing one post for my blog, editing and polishing Chapter 2 of the my book, researching for new posts or future expansion.

Monday: I will do complete research for blog post and will collect data. I would need two hours.

Tuesday: I will complete the blog post. I would require 2 hours.

Wednesday: I will work on Chapter 2 and I would require one hourSo on.....

In fact you can shuffle week’s task as per the time availability. So do proper scheduling it will help you in utilizing your precious time.
