Biography “Excellence is not an act, but rather a habit.” Alechia Reese is the President of The Girl Rethought Project and Executive Director of 360 Gateway Brands. Born into poverty and labeled “the bad kid” Reese has always believed, “I AM POSSIBLE” no matter what has been. She has carried this philosophy throughout her life and uses her experiences to uplift, empower and showcase the formidable power one possesses with the acceptance of this realization.

Reese directly demonstrates how to consistently achieve excellence thus creating “success habits.” Professionally trained as a project and operations manager with an MBA and scrum master certification Reese has translated the skills necessary to produce one’s desired results into consumable and duplicable steps for the masses.
As an award-winning humanitarian she has helped countless youth and emerging businesses, organizations and aspiring entrepreneurs to strategically align their actions to fulfill their goals.
