Indicador que oscil·la entre 1 i 100

Mesura la influència d’un compte de Twitter sobre la seva xarxa social, sobre la base de dades com ara el nombre de seguidors, l’activitat i la capacitat d’interacció.

També analitza la presència a Facebook, Google+ o Linkedin, entre d’altres xarxes.

Malgrat algunes crítiques a la seva opacitat, aquest indicador ha esdevingut força popular

Mostra dos subíndexs:

1) Mesura la influència d’un compte sobre els usuaris que el segueixen en una escala de 0 a 1000: nombre de retuits, respostes o nous seguidors generats

2) Mesura l’activitat social o generositat del compte en una escala de 0 a 10: nombre de piulades, retuits o respostes enviades des del propi compte
