Feature Overview

Configure payment accounts for various payment providers for credit card, eCheck and PayPal.More than 14 online payment providers are pre-integrated into the Manager Panel.

Configure different payment accounts per sales channel for different payment methods.Accept payments in different currencies via different payment accounts while running a single sales channel.Specify channel specific payment accounts, if you are running multiple channels for each currency.

Role based security in the Manager Panel lets only authorized users (Payment Managers) modify/ configure a new payment account. Account trails are maintained for any activity performed related to payment accounts and visible to Security Administrators.

Supports multiple online payment methods and payment providersThe Manager Panel allows you to enable multiple online payment methods such as credit card, PayPal and eCheck for your sales channel. Each of the payment methods is supported by multiple payment providers pre-integrated into the Manager Panel for easy configuration and use. Detailed information about the payment providers is embedded in the Manager Panel and accessible to Store Managers and CSRs at all times.

Supported online payment providersFollowing Payment providers are supported out-of-box in the Manager Panel- Chase Paymentech - Orbital, CyberSource – Global Payment Services, CyberSource – Authorize.Net, First Data – Global Gateway Virtual Terminal, First Data – Global Gateway e4, Moneris eSelect Plus - Canada, Moneris eSelect Plus – USA, Network Merchants (NMI), PayPal - Payments Pro, Plug’n Pay Web Express, Sterling Virtual Terminal, VeriFone - PAYware Connect. Different payment types are supported for these payment providers. The Payment Manager chooses the account type and the payment provider to create a payment account.

Choose online payment account and payment providerThe Payment Manager creates a new payment account by choosing the account type supported from the various payment providers as per his business needs. Each online payment method can have multiple payment accounts associated with it. E.g. you can have Chase Payment-Orbital as well as Cybersource associated with the payment method, credit card. The merchant needs to register with the payment provider he chooses, to generate his unique login credentials essential for completing the set up. If the payment provider you need is not available in the Manager Panel, please write to us at [email protected].

Making payment methods available to the customerThe Payment Manager selects the various online and offline payment methods he wants to allow each web store channel as per business needs. Selecting the online payment method also requires him to choose the payment provider from the pre-configured options.

Allow multiple credit card typesThe Manager Panel allows the Payment Manager to select the various card types to be offered on the web store along with their sorting order. He can also control if shoppers can save the Credit Card wallet and use it while purchasing.

Accept payments in multiple currenciesMerchants can configure payment accounts for every currency they operate in. This means that you can accept payments in different currencies via different payment providers while running a single sales channel. If the merchant has multiple channels for each currency, he can specify channel specific payment accounts.

Same provider, multiple currenciesIf the payment provider supports multi-currency transactions, then you can use the same payment provider for the various currencies that your web store allows transactions in. This separation can be used for multi-currency bank reconciliation.

Role based security ensures limited access to data

Considering the sensitivity of all payment data captured and/or stored by an ecommerce merchant, the role based security feature is in place in the Manager Panel that allows only Payment Managers to create/ modify payment account configurations. By allowing only authorized persons to accesses payment account configurations, the feature controls the unauthorized access and modifications to payment configurations.

Payment method activity trailThe Security Manager can track all activity related to payment accounts in accordance with PCI DSS requirement 10.0. This helps keep track of what changes were made and by which Payment Manager.

At the sales channel level, the Setup Manager can view the payment method activity trail for each payment method set for a particular web store.
