Insight through research In markets with a shortage of active and visible talent, there will often be roles
that are specialist enough to require a more sophisticated approach, yet are
perhaps not appropriate for an executive search mandate. Through our detailed
knowledge of the markets, we can rapidly identify the top quartile talent in any
given sector and present these profiles to our clients on a contingent basis.

In addition to our executive recruitment services, we also support our clients through
the provision of specialised research. We are able to produce detailed ‘market
maps’ often when a client requires an in-depth search of a defined set of competitor
institutions or sectors and is either looking to make multiple hires or ‘lift’ an entire team.
