experience, in both Corporate

and independent

headhunting roles.

5+ years in proactive, cold

calling, networking, and

passive recruiting roles.

Experience cold calling and

networking for candidates

from both non-resume or non-

job related sources.

Excellent verbal and written

communication and

interview skills for

interacting with clients, and

candidates.

Excellent collaboration skills

required.

MS Office Suite proficiency

required.

Experience with one or more

recruiting management or

applicant tracking software

systems.
