One-off fee payment upon hiring (success-fee)

Guarantee period of 3 months (one-off free replacement, 6 months can be discussed in particular

cases)

Higher recruitment services fee due to the working model

No exclusivity clause – clients work with a few recruitment channels and agencies, multiple

organization, several agreements, close follow up by the client and higher involvement

P.S. In some recruitment searches both models can be combined in order to achieve better

project efficiency.

• Firstly we like to establish your budget and tailor our fees accordingly. Our fees mainly

depend on:

- Number of vacancies

- Urgency of the project

- Seniority of the role

- Retainer or Contingency (Success Fee)

- Exclusivity clause available

• We offer a replacement guarantee and actively follow up placed candidates to ensure the

employment process they experience when joining your company is working to your

benefit.
