26 year old RBPL, the sister concern of Ratan Housing Development Ltd., is one of the constituents of Ratan Group. It is single-mindedly engaged in concept, designing construction and consultancy of residential and commercial projects. Well abreast with the new trends driving the global construction industry RBPL is incorporating new ideas, chalking innovative design strategies and creating energy efficient spaces to come up with projects that have carved a niche for themselves in the realty space.

Over the years It has build many class leading land mark residential and commercial projects. Ratan Footprint

The footprints of RBPL can be seen in apart from Kanpur also in Lucknow, Navi Mumbai, Pune and Goa. The company has build and sold more the 50 lakh sq feet area and projects of approximately of 70 to 80 lac sq feet area are under execution. It is also coming up with two integrated township featuring all modern amenities.

Achievements

• Founded in 1987 by a visionary Mr. Atmaram Khatri with a vison to be India’s one of the top Real Estate company by creating new benchmarks and by developing residential and commercial projects / Township using the latest technology and best standards and to be the first choice amongst the customers.

• In 1987 the childhood dream turned into reality when Ratan Deep Apartment – I, the very first building was started in Kanpur and was completed in 1989 under the banner of Ratan Apartment Pvt. Ltd. It was a three bedroom apartment project which had fifteen flats and was completely sold out before completion. Our other projects under this banner were Ratan Deep Apartment II, Ratan Deep Apartment III, Ratan Kuti, Ratan Kunj, Punch Ratan.

• Between 1989-1990, many aspirants have joined the group. Company took over management of Shilpi Builders Ltd. from January 1990. First project completed by this company was Prem Ratan Vatika which had 86 flats in total.

• Under the banner of Shilpi Builders Ltd., we have constructed Prem Ratan Vatika, Ratan Dham, Ratan Castle, Ratan Lok, Ratan Ashish, Ratan Niketan, Shiv Ratan Estate, Ratan Esquire, Ratan Jyoti, Ratan Istuti, Ratan Green, Ratan Floor and Ratan Villa.

• Till now the company has built of more than 5 million sq. feet constructed area. We have had privilege of providing homes to more than 2000 families and work place to professionals and entrepreneurs.

Ratan Group Presence

• In 1997 company expanded its construction activities to Dwarka, New Delhi. Most of its apartments were deluxe flats with amenities like Club, Swimming Pool, Jogging Track and beautiful landscapes.• In 2004 Ratan Housing Development Limited, an ISO 9001-2000 company came into existence and in last few years company has extended its activities to Lucknow, Pune, Mumbai and Goa. Future Plans

Company has the privilege to share its futuristic growth in various parts of the country. In next five years company will construct more than 7 million sq. feet of residential and commercial space. Through tremendous growth of the company and its contribution in industrialization as well as employment, it provides significant boost to economy of the particular region.

Company is expanding its root to other states like : Maharashtra, Goa, Delhi/NCR, Uttaranchal, Other cities of Uttar Pradesh.

Today, the Ratan Group is the name in credibility and timely delivery of projects in India. The group is currently focused on the successful phase wise delivery of its projects in tier 1, 2 and 3 towns of India to continue on its growth trajectory
