3. Listing book created – cover sheet, Other Features sheet, MLS listing sheet, Plot plan,

Seller’s Statement of Property Condition, deed, other information that is important. Leave at

property bound in a ¾ “ notebook

4. Virtual Tour Link – check to see if added within 48 hours

2. Add Captions to Photos (SAVE after EACH Photo!!!);

6. Add Seller Report – add your seller to your LeadStreet Contacts first

This takes some time, but the difference between the other agents’ listings and our team listings is huge. The Headline makes the listings much more noticeable.

Realbird has both social sharing and email capabilities.

It might be a good idea when going through links to click the social links and share to your sphere that way, then shoot a quick email to your list. Even if it is another team member’s listing, this is a good way to stay top of mind and let people know how active we as a group are, and with inventory this tight, this information may be appreciated.
