Phone Voice Games

The f i rs t phone game wil l be on the I Phone and then the other platforms wil l be de-veloped. The custom but tons below wil l direct players through the game. The game wil l be played on computers only through the Beta Test per iod. Levels 2 and 3 wil l most ly be used in the Beta Test because we need to have a core base of Pl izzel Providers .

WEISURE

The combining of work and pleasure is the new l i fes tyle that most of us have been experiencing because of modern technology and increased opportuni t ies . PLIZZEL is the opt imum use of a l l the avai lable changes combined with a Matr ix way of looking at l i fe .

Some detractors wil l t ry to label the Matr ix as a ponzi scheme or a chain le t ter but a l i t t le common sense wil l te l l you the difference and why they have a hidden agenda to perpetrate this myth. Nei ther a ponzi scheme or chain le t ter have products or services involved. Another vers ion of a useless matr ix is one that promises to payout more than comes in through the Matr ix . Just do the numbers . Make sure the company that runs the matr ix is making money and that only the income from the par t ic ipants are dis t r ibuted. Also check out the companies that provide the goods or services in the Matr ix .

There is a very def ini t ive pol i t ical reason why there is a perceived l ink between the Matr ix and the i l legi t imate schemes. The Matr ix is a pure par tnership. No at torney or bureaucrat is needed for any reason. This doesn’t give any pol i t ic ian any way to mess with individuals or businesses . The Power Triangle is rendered impotent when confronted with the Matr ix . In other words, the Matr ix is the agreement and is programmed to work the same, no matter what the par t ic ipant do within the Matr ix .

Level One wil l have two Game Matr ix Plans. A one Credi t Matr ix and a f ive Credi t Matr ix . A good example of a one Credi t service wil l be Skype monthly service to any lo-cal or in country phone cal ls . A good example of a f ive Credi t product wil l be an E-bay account for anything on E-bay. PayPal is the source of the Matr ix and is the best a t what they do to keep the integri ty of the system in place. Our game development sect ion is concentrat ing on mobile device predict ive dialer technology. The I-Phone is our pr imary target as the game console of choice. Other platforms wil l be incorporated to complete the sof tware development as soon as possible .

As shown on page -- , the I -phone but tons lend i tself to the game of Pl izzel in a very natural and logical way. Each array of but tons gives the Player many opt ions. These opt ions determine how quickly the Player masters Pl izzel . The main difference between playing this game and others is the fact that real money is used as the motivat ing factor. Students can opt to go to par ts of the game that can teach them subjects not immedi-ately needed in the game to give them a pause from playing the game. Some of the but-tons wil l be a combinat ion of game and l i fe instruct ions with special rewards and punish-ments for the players choice of direct ion. The score wil l be ref lected in Credi ts , Points and Tokens. In the future , a vers ion of the WHIM movies wil l have pr ivate showings in a special movie theater equipped with wal l screens. There wil l be small and ta l l tables and bar s tools for seat ing with a dance f loor in the middle . Everyone buying a t icket wil l have a Pl izzel enabled cel l phone. The players can do three things at the same t ime; watch a movie, dance and play Pl izzel or they can do any one or two of the act ivi t ies depending on their own individual comfort level . I f they play Pl izzel while watching the movie or dancing, the Player should be able to earn enough Credi ts to more than pay for their movie t icket . The whole movie experience should be more of an event than just the everyday run of the mil l movie. Other movies can be contracted for by the theater to keep the game going. This won’t be anything done soon, but just an example of some of the fun things that can be done. The Play Matr ix wil l take any of the Players or IMRs into the real world of fun using the Matr ix as a way to pay for a lmost any form of le isure act ivi ty. I f this is the Player ’s or the IMR’s wish, then i t should be reasonably easy to achieve through the Play Matr ix . SEE: home page of www.pl izzel .com and cl ick onto the Play Button. The Travel Matr ix wil l a lso be par t of the Weisure plan. When you can combine mak-ing money and t ravel , i t can be an exci t ing and fulf i l l ing way to spend your Weisure t ime. Players and IMRs can plan events through ei ther the Play or Travel Matr ixe’s forums. I t would be good for Players and IMRs to actual ly meet and social ize with each other. New ideas and concepts for future Pl izzel Matr ixes might evolve from shared experiences. The al ternate l i fe direct ions that can come out of a new l i fes tyle recognizing the tech-nological and social advantages of weisure wel l spent wil l spawn an eclect ic use of this special method of l iving.

PLIZZEL PERMISSIONS

Plizzel permissions are a method of easy sel l ing techniques that anyone can adopt. We use a combination of low pressure marketing scripts and high tech tools to make your weisure t ime more pleasant.

Cold Call Scenario:Your first step is to get by the Gatekeeper (secretary, etc.) and to get to the Decision Maker. Do not throw your pitch away by wasting it on someone that either can’t or won’t make a decision about our product. Remember, the Gatekeeper’s main function is to act as a filter and screen out unnecessary calls. Nine times out of ten the Gatekeeper’s internal decision will be TO NOT BOTHER THEIR BOSS, unless they perceive it to be of value to their boss and the company. Your first job is to break through this filter, and get past this person in order to speak directly to the one person that can make the decision. You must hit the Gatekeeper with a Fear of Loss decision designed to make them decide to let you through. That’s the only decision you want from them, nothing more and nothing less!

Here’s an example:

You Say: Hello! Who am I speaking with? Hi Brenda, my name is Mike Johnson and I’m with Plizzel... May I please speak with the person who handles your advertising or is in charge of marketing? If the Gatekeeper says: They are currently not in or they are occupied. You ask when you can call back and get in touch with them NEVER leave it in their hands to call backThe Gatekeeper Says:Can I tell him/her what it’s regarding? You Say:Absolutely Brenda! As I said, my name is Mike Johnson, and my company’s name is Plizzel. We specialize in helping companies like yours maximize the exposure of their product or service over the internet. We have a new proprietary Matrix Technology that will put your company in front of the exact demographic that your company depends on for sales and income growth. “Who would be the best person for me to speak to about this?”Once you’re on the phone with ‘Decision Maker’ you give them a quick introductory:“Hello Mr. Jones. My name is Mike Johnson, and my company’s name is Plizzel. Have you ever heard of Plizzel or the concept of Matrix Cloud Computing? (Usually no)Well, Plizzel has created a way to help all businesses get massive exposure on the internet, reach people in their local community, and attract them to their business. It’s financial goal targeted Matrix driven technology on the internet, and it’s cost effective and powerful, especially when you compare it to more traditional forms of advertising. We help your company advertise to dedicated buyers, not just shoppers, and the best thing is that these dedicated buyers are already in your market and just a click away.

This last part is necessary to explain how incredibly easy the process really is for the caller.

Start a short conversation with questions like this:

You Say: “So Let me ask you Mr. Jones, is attracting more customers a priority for you and yourbusiness?

Regardless of Yes or No ask:

How effective is your current marketing strategy?

Page 23: Plizzel Manual

Then You ask:

So if we could offer you a way to build your business and have other people marketing your product or service, and all the while save YOU money, and make YOU money, would that interest you?

Phrase the question as rhetorically as possible. Who doesn’t want to save money and make more money?

Bill, I know your time is just as valuable as mine, so here’s what I would like to do. Obviously, I’d be happy to explain more about this right here, but I am sure you are very busy, so I am going to send you a short 8 minute video and a PDF file that will explain most of the details. Then we can follow-up and I will answer any questions that you might have. Do you have an e-mail address?

After receiving the e-mail address, you say:

Great! I will send that out to you right now. Can I call you tomorrow at ______ after you’ve watched the video?

If Mr. Jones Says:

I am busy today.

You Say:

No problem Mr. Jones, when is the best time to reach you?

Try to emphasize you want to reach him, and not the gatekeeper again.

If they say yes, you say:

Excellent Mr. Jones! I’m looking forward to talking to you TOMORROW at ______________.Have a great day!

If you cannot get by the gatekeeper, simply ask for the appropriate name and e-mail address of the person in charge of marketing and then send them an introductory e-mail with the video link. BE SURE TO PUT IN THE SUBJECT LINE THAT BRENDA ASKED YOU TO CONTACT HIM/HER!

You should understand that we gave the customer ‘just enough’ information to become curious and then we let the ‘Experts’ (Videos) give him/her a little more explicit information. When you call back, the prospective business partner’s curiosity will definitely be way up because he/she was just able to Hear and See some very interesting things. The video is excellent. They’ll definitely want to know more!

Phone Rules

1. If they sound conflicted or busy with time offer them two definite time choices.

2. Smile on the Phone. People can tell the difference.

3. Be enthusiastic!

4. Build Rapport:- Call them by their name-Relate to them. ”I’m sure you’re as busy as I am.” Sound confident

5. Don’t use passive aggressive words like, Would you or Maybe or Could You?

6. Don’t sell your product over the first phone call! Everyone wants to see what they buy before they buy it!

7. Don’t set up appointments more than 5-7 days in advance. This gives them time to forget about who you are and what you offer.

Return Call:

Did you have a chance to take a look at the information that I sent you (yesterday) about Plizzel?

What questions did you have about how it can be applied to YOUR business?

Work with prospects to develop a solution that works for them. That way, you gain a commitment during the process.

I know that your business draws from quite a large geographical area and you can say: So it looks to me as though the Plizzel Matrix would work for you. What did you think?

I hope you can see that it makes sense to move forward. What do you think?

I don’t see any reason NOT to move forward, then, do you?

Let me ask you this Jim, now that you know everything there is to know about this, WHAT’S THE ABSOLUTE WORST THING THAT COULD HAPPEN if you went ahead with it today?

To each his own, what works best for one person will not for another. I wish there were a simple formula for selling anyone but I’ve never found one. There is absolutely nothing wrong with reviewing all the different methods.

Page 25: Plizzel Manual

Note: Closing Scripts; know them and use them occasionally, find what works best for you. But the bottom line, ask for the order in some shape, form, or fashion!

Be creative with your script - not one person has ever said or read word for word. Become more creative - make a script fit your personality and your speech pattern. Remembering a script - they become part of your process. You breathe air every day but not every breath is the same as the last one and you do not forget to breathe A script is a guide, one that prepares you for what the client may throw at you. A pause is a great tool. However stopping completely gives the impression to the client you are reaching and trying to figure out what to say next. Your response time is an indicator of how professional you are. I was speaking to a fellow sales technician that claimed scripts were horrible. Questions were asked of him, I saw his eyes jumping, blinking and stammering before a reply came forward. Yep, I trust that guy. Learn a few scripted responses, be creative and make them your own. You will see the benefits with being prepared. Shooting from the hip is seen by the client. When I have done my homework on a client I know the client well. I may even write down questions they are going to ask me and I am prepared to answer those questions quickly, honestly. Gather the information and finish the sale.

Final Close Over the Phone

Well Mr. Jones, I’m so glad you’re choosing the Plizzel Matrix. Now let’s find you a Matrix that suits your business best.

The rest of the conversation should be remedied as seen fit, this is to give a rough outline on how to go about selling over the phone. Remember to be enthusiastic and be positive because you’re helping them even more than they realize!

ONLINE MARKETING GUIDE

This guide wil l make you a professional Internet marketer in a very short per iod of t ime. All the f ree s tuff wil l be presented f i rs t . Of course, l ike everything free there is a pr ice . In this case i t i s your t ime and effor t . The solut ions that you can pay for e l iminate most of the t ime and effor t needed to succeed at onl ine market ing but never completely. You wil l have to properly set up your campaign no matter which solut ion you choose. Firs t , ident i fy what you want to accomplish and then ident i fy your target markets . For example purposes I ’ l l use the Terraf i rmat ion Pl izzel Matr ix because this wil l be in every Pl izzel Category as the individual Matr ixes are bui l t . The pr incipals wil l be pret ty much the same whether you are bui lding your advert is ing, automobile or any other Matr ix .

The do i t yourself method uses the above free technology and many other s imilar s i tes and techniques. We wil l put as many of these s i tes in the guide as possible and rate each s i te based on our experience and resul ts . Facebook, MySpace and Twit ter are probable the best known social networks. Of course, “Second Life” would be the ul t imate social network with some extra effor t put into your journey developing your Avatar and your environment . On al l of these social networks add your new cyber twin af ter you have properly t ra ined your c lone at www.mycybertwin.com. To get an idea of a good use for your twin, vis i t mine at mycybertwin.com/spl i t . The more quest ions you are asked, the fur ther your cyber twin is t ra ined. Do not t ry to sel l anything direct ly on social networks through your contact ing fr iends or any other way. Just give the basic information and le t them join i f they want to through you or on the s i te with your Player ’s ID. You can be kicked off these s i tes for using spamming methods. Try to encourage possible new Players or IMR’s but don’t get too aggressive. Remember, you wil l be helping almost anyone

Page 27: Plizzel Manual

that develops a Pl izzel l i fes tyle . So don’t be shy about ta lking to people about your new adventure . Each new Player or IMR you introduce to the Pl izzel Matr ix wil l br ing you closer to your object ives .

Another tool that can be used to leverage your social networking experience is the “Text to Movie” technology. Why a Content Management System? The subject of why you might need a CMS in the first place is the logical starting point before even considering which type of CMS you might need, but this white paper will not go into this in depth. It must be mentioned, however, that online marketing revolves around the Web and the Web revolves around content. This now makes every company’s Web site and e-mail campaign it’s most important public face, and companies that do not efficiently manage their public face get lost in the sea of marketing noise that fills the Internet today. At its most basic form a CMS is designed to create, manage, publish and retire content on a corporate Web site, but the days of a company having a single online fingerprint are over. Enterprises now offer content in ways that are most digestible by their users: through content syndication, creating multiple landing pages and microsites for online campaigns, optimizing Web properties for Search Engine Optimization, and publishing in multiple channels for mobile or RSS. The point is that a CMS is managing more than just your single Web site. It is managing your entire online presence. The access to and automation of information that a content management system provides can prove invaluable in such a scenario. Online marketing, compliance, media management and report management - an effective content management solution covers it all. No wonder then that research firm Gartner estimates that Enterprise content management adoption will grow at a compounded rate of 12.9% till 2011, by which time, over 60% of companies will have adopted at least base-level content management system.

Software-as-a-service (SaaS): Benefits without the Costs? Another type of CMS that has challenged some of the old guard of custom-built or installed solutions is SaaS. As with open source, the popularity of this model isn’t limited to just content management; in all software services sectors, SaaS solutions are expected to rise at an explosive rate, reaching a total market share of $19.3 billion by 2011, accord ing to research firm Gartner. So let’s look at why SaaS is becoming so popular: SaaS solutions eliminate the need for installed software, extra hardware or infrastructure to manage and XX maintain. This means that the costs of a SaaS solution are significantly lower than a homegrown or installed solution. Additionally, this also means that the organization does not need to dedicate significant IT resources (which in most cases it does not possess) to the maintenance of the CMS. Accessible through your Web browser, the SaaS model offers easier availability to the application for XX decentralized organizations. Dedicated support services come as part of the standard package. Unlike installed solutions that additionally XX charge for any extra services provided after the initial implementation, SaaS solutions typically come with dedicated account managers that are responsible for the account during the entire lifecycle of the account. Service delivery is guaranteed since all payments for a hosted solution are predicated upon service delivery. XX Accountability is what the entire SaaS sector is built on, because if not you can simply discontinue the service, so SaaS vendors are typically more driven to make your site successful. The solution is deployed with greater speed than either open-source or installed solutions, since every step of XX the process is fully managed by the vendor, and there are no software installations or infrastructure upgrades involved. The customer organization undertakes a much lower level of risk since solutions are purchased as services XX rather than as physical assets that could later turn into liabilities. In addition, SaaS solution customers are always on the most current version of the software, adding upgrades, patches and features at no additional cost. The level of features and functionality with SaaS solutions is the same and in most cases superior to enter XX prise-class installed solutions at a fraction of the cost.

Conclusion In choosing a content management system, the old adage of “knowledge is power” applies. Selecting the right system for your Plizzel Matrix needs requires a little homework to make sure you’re going to get what you pay for. Every Player and IMR should employ a number of strategies -- including seeking advice from vendor-neutral consultants, examining a variety of online sources for current information on content management issues, consulting performance and user-satisfaction reports released by reliable research agencies, learning from the experiences of similar organizations. We hope you found this information useful and wish you luck in your CMS search.

CHAPTER THREE

Level 1

Page 33: Plizzel Manual
Page 34: Plizzel Manual
Page 35: Plizzel Manual

Competing Websi te Games

Pl izzel is the general name of the Matr ix and is a lso the name of the pr ivate browser. There wil l cont inued games featur ing future Matr ix systems. The two in development a t present are www.myvoicegames.com and www.pevege.com. A s tandard format for most games wil l have three levels and the f lowcharts that fol low wil l break down the s tandard formats . Innovat ions wil l a lso ensue as the game evolves . One general use for a l l game players on any competing games is the use of “My Cyber Twins” at www.mycybertwins.com as a market ing tool . Par t of the t ra ining at a cer ta in level should include a in house Cyber Twin that can be used in social and business net-working groups. This wil l cut down chat ter and make the player more product ive by us-ing generic responses geared to individuals personal i ty and bel iefs . In essence, the player can clone another player to help with the game and accelerate his or her progress . Some of the generic responses could look l ike this :

In the My FAQs sect ion What is a Pl izzel? Answers: 1 . Pl izzel is a money matr ix game that le ts you use your weisure t ime product ively. 2 . Pl izzel helps you have fun while solving f inancial problems. 3 . A l i fe changing game for anyone. Even kids can get a great s tar t in l i fe playing Pl iz-zel .

In the My Intros sect ion 1 . Hi! My name is _______. How are you doing today? Excel lent! Would you l ike to play a phone game? 2 . Hel lo , mr/mrs __________, how are you doing today? Excel lent! How would you l ike to play Pl izzel for Plash? 3 . Hi! Ya want to have some fun? You have a pen and paper? Great! I ’ l l g ive you a web s i te where you can make money playing a game, OK?

In the My Thoughts sect ion 1 . I ’ve had a great t ime la te ly playing Pl izzel . Have you heard about the game yet? 2 . Are you having a lot of fun in your spare t ime? Check Pl izzel out . I t ’ l l help you not get bored. 3 . I used to have f inancial problems, but guess what? I found a game that solved al l of them. Do you want to hear about i t?

In the My Quest ions sect ion 1 . Now that you’ve t r ied Pl izzel , how did you l ike i t? 2 . Wil l you le t me mentor you in the ar t of playing Pl izzel? 3 . Can I send you the “Pl izzel Game Manual”?

Another example of an al ternate game would be one for negat ive capi ta l ism. This would be in the Slacker Bump sect ion and would include things l ike porn and gambling s i tes and their negat ive approach to l i fe . Other categories would be s i tes that sel l a lcohol or tobacco. Bad heal th pract ices could also be included l ike using too much sugar, sal t or caffeine.

Page 36: Plizzel Manual
Page 37: Plizzel Manual

Phase One is the s tar t ing point for both the Players and the IMR’s. The Players usu-al ly s tar t with one of the Reverse Matr ix choices . Most of the IMR’s wil l choose a s tan-dard Matr ix to tes t the system. The preceding chart shows where most of the Players and IMR’s wil l s tar t . The game is s t ructured so that anyone can s tar t a t any point . Several Pl izzel Providers wil l be in each of Matr ixes . Terraf i rmat ion Development Company wil l be in each web s i te and Matr ix . Special bonus concepts wil l be designed when ei ther a Player or IMR gets involved with a Terraf i rmat ion project . Special generic advert is ing and market ing Pl izzel Providers wil l a lso be on each web s i te and offer a Ma-tr ix for their products or services . The main difference in Phase One is the way new Players and IMR’s are contacted and recrui ted for the Matr ixes . The t ra ining through a game puzzel that has problems to solve with consequences both posi t ive and negat ive wil l be used to motivate the Players . When each s tep is accomplished the player or IMR can move onto the next Phase. Almost any of the categories can be used in Phase One but smaller uni ts should be chosen by an inex-perienced Player. Each s tep is accomplished by complet ing the f i rs t two levels in the Matr ix and making sure each Player or IMR is properly t ra ined including the t ra ining of each Cyber Twin and Text to Movie feature . The proper placement of these features in as many social and busi-ness networks as possible should also be put in place. Once a Player or IMR is through at least three Pl izzel Matr ixes they are considered a Phase Two Player. Usual ly picking the smallest Matr ix based on the amount that is being earned per month wil l make i t easier and faster for the Player or IMR to reach Phase Two. That isn’t a lways t rue because other factors can come into play l ike personal motivat ion to solve a par t icular problem in the Players l i fe . Access to a quick source of new Play-ers for a tougher type of Matr ix can also be a factor. A good example of this would be a Real Estate Broker that became an Independent Market ing Representat ive (IMR) using the Terraf i rmat ion Matr ix . This is a $100 per month Matr ix , the largest per month uni t within the game. As a Broker this would normally be the smallest real es ta te deal that they are normally involved with so actual ly i t would be a good thing to do during the Brokers le i-sure t ime. This is a lso a great example of Weisure. To other Players or IMR’s, the Ter-raf i rmat ion Matr ix would be a l i t t le more diff icul t to deal with, but a great overal l goal toward their becoming a Grand Master in the game. I t i s highly recommended that a l l Players or IMR’s get into the Terraf i rmat ion Matr ix as soon as possible . The successful complet ion of Phase One wil l put any Player or IMR on the path to economic independence. This is a lways a subject ive concept but in the game we wil l make cer ta in assumptions. The main assumption wil l be addressed during the t ra ining per iod with the f i rs t few successful complet ions of t ra ining quizzes by the Players and IMR’s. The ser ies of quizzes wil l be an introspect ive evaluat ion of Players and IMR’s of their own needs and wants in l i fe . This wil l give them a clear direct ion and a great game plan. The successful Player or IMR wil l set their own standard of winning within the game i tself . I f the s tandard has a l ready been accomplished outs ide of the game, credi t wil l be given to promote the Player or IMR to Phase Two or Three. Some may already be at the Grand Master level . We are hoping they wil l become mentors to other Players and IMR’s. When you f i rs t get in the game there are only two things that each Player or IMR must do. Firs t , le t your sponsor t ra in you and then you t ra in a t least f ive more Players . After that you can go back to whatever you were doing or expand your use of the Pl izzel Matr ix system. The quizzes for this level are as fol lows:

CHAPTER FOUR

WHIMSTERS Whimsters are genetic designs used throughout the game. They are first encountered when a player logs in for the first time. The player is given a choice between three characters picked at random by the computer. This character has a name and is used for various activities during the game. An example would be the random picking of a character by the computer in a drawing to win Credits, Points and Tokens. Any player that chooses the winner will pool the resulting prize money.

The creator of the non-profi t corporat ion (Humanrium Project) is a lso the pr imary contr ibutor a t the present t ime. This donat ion consis ts of over three thousand drawings and a large col lect ion of wri t ings. They wil l a l l be avai lable for viewing by the general publ ic . Each image has both a f i rs t and las t name. Each creature is ass igned at least s ix endangered species f rom the “Red Lis t” maintained by the IUCN in Switzer land s ince 1947. There are current ly over 16,000 species on the l is t . Al l income from the l icensing of any image wil l be used to help save these species . My personal goal is to have an indi-vidual point and cl ick, black and white image for every species on the Red Lis t . Animated

movies wil l be produced using these characters on the development s i te by BWB Films. All of these movies and any pre-released vers ions wil l be avai lable for viewing and pur-chasing by vis i tors . An educat ional program wil l be developed for the publ ic . The subject mat ter wil l include drawing programs, genet ics , animation, movie making, endangered species awareness , a l ternate future housing and nature t ra i l design Pl izzel has the unl imited use of a l l the images to use in any of the Pl izzel Matr ixes . They wil l be used ini t ia l ly in the login process so that each new Player or IMR has their own genet ic design that wil l have special benefi ts as the game is played. Residue Credi ts wil l be put in a pot for extra income for Players and IMR’s that hi t cer ta in points in the game. These images can be converted to Avatars and used in role playing scenes designed by a special group of players . They can also be used for market ing the individuals’ Matr ix growth. . Think Cyber Twin with an image. The plot in WHIM is beginning to come t rue for the owner of Pl izzel . He has been accepted for the “Personal Genome Project” taking place at Harvard and sponsored by the Oppenheimer Foundat ion. He is a lso being t ra ined in bacter ia l programming. The plot centers around a group of 3 ,000 Whimsters that are genet ic designs and are brought to l i fe to help humanity solve problems. I t ’s documented with real scient is t and other profes-s ionals . The problems worked on in the screenplays are “current event” type s i tuat ions that are brought into his tor ic and universal prospect ive. In the game of Pl izzel , the Whimsters wil l most ly be used in the Reverse Matr ix to make everything more game-l ike. This is for the Players that look to this as more of a game and not f inancial planning or as a business opportuni ty l ike the IMRs. In the Reverse Matr ix there wil l have more of an animation look to the game. The sof tware program used for this is cal led “Maya” and is made by PIXAR. A game engine wil l give the animation the proper base to make everything move in a video game environ-ment to a t t ract real gamers into a money making venture l ike Pl izzel . Tournaments wil l be organized to promote this as a game sport . Social networks and game websi tes wil l be used to a t t ract fans that hopeful ly wil l become Players themselves . These wil l be t imed events with exact rules and Slacker Bump penal t ies . Special Pl izzel products for the fans wil l be made avai lable on a websi te . These could include free Pl iz-zel for a per iod of t ime or even event t ickets or products . We wil l be looking to our Pl izzel Providers to help sponsor these events . Every pro-motion wil l be aimed at a par t icular category in the game to special ize the sport . Each category wil l have a sponsoring group of Whimsters .

CHAPTER FIVE

LEVEL 2

Page 45: Plizzel Manual

At Level 2 everyone in any of the Matr ixes are in a business mode. The game is just a way of making i t more fun for some people . At this point you are one of s ix places in the Matr ix .

1 . IMR+ is a product or service purchased plus the $25 sof tware l icense. Example: Beta tes t or iginal setup of $100 for 100 pens plus opt ion for Real Estate The monthly cost is $50 and IMR+ receives 100 pens every four months. 2 . IMR is $25 subscr ipt ion fee plus $25 for custom pens and opt ion for Real Estate This is a total monthly cost of $50 and IMR receives pens every four months. 3 . IMR Business is $25 per month for the back off ice sof tware and the r ight to par t ic ipate in the Matr ix . 4 . IMR Star ter is par t of the reverse game matr ix a t the $5 per month level and has a game account that can be converted at any t ime the account has enough in i t , to a h igher IMR level . 5 . IMR Gamer is entry level game matr ix a t $1 per month and has a game account that can be converted at any t ime the account has enough in i t , to a higher IMR level . 6 . Grand Master Mentor is a t the top of a Matr ix and is par t of the Pl izzel Market ing and t ra ining team. The Grand Master Mentor is s tar ted with $150 pm Matr ix that covers everything in that Matr ix .

Level 2 or Phase Two has a highly professional e lement added af ter a player completes Level 1 or Phase One. Level 1 players deal pr imari ly with cal ls to exempt phone cal ls f rom the “Do Not Cal l Lis t” and do this f rom there own contact l is t . Level 2 uses a pre-dict ive dialer that not only screens the numbers to make sure they aren’t on the “Do Not Cal l Lis t” but i t a lso makes i t possible to maximize the number of contacts the Player can make while playing Pl izzel . We also have professional t racking sof tware in your “Back Off ice” that is par t of your sof tware package as a player a t this level .

This is the merging point of the Upper Matr ix and the Lower Matr ix . The game play-ers and the IMR players . This level a l lows the player an extremely good chance of solv-ing most of their real l i fe f inancial chal lenges. I t i s a t this level that choices are made based on a personal “wish l is t” basis . Al l roads lead to the third level and the winning of the game. As you can see on the fol lowing l is t of categories , most of the common l i fe problems can be solved through the r ight choices being made while choosing you Pl izzel Matr ixes . We wil l add categories as the demand cal ls for them. Unique solut ions to lo-cal or small niche categories wil l a lso be added as we ident i fy each s i tuat ion for our game players and IMR’s. The use of forums, blogs and chat rooms wil l help develop each new Pl izzel solut ion on an ongoing basis .

Page 46: Plizzel Manual
Page 47: Plizzel Manual

Phase Two is general ly made up of the preceding categories but not res t r ic ted to them. A system of accomplishments is programmed into the game to bonus Players and IMR’s when they reach a cer ta in levels . False and real problems wil l be placed at different points in the Pl izzel Matr ixes . The main difference in Phase Two is the way new Players and IMR’s are contacted and recrui ted for the Matr ixes . The general publ ic wil l be avai lable through the Pl izzel da-tabase that has the numbers screened through the “National Do Not Cal l Lis t .” This l is t wil l be put on a predict ive dialer that can be accessed by al l Players and IMR’s at anyt ime on any Internet connected device. The t ra ining wil l be through a game puzzel that has problems to solve with consequences both posi t ive and negat ive and wil l be used to mo-t ivate the Players . When each s tep is accomplished the player or IMR can move onto the next Phase. Almost any of the categories can be used in Phase Two. Once a Player or IMR is through at least three more Pl izzel Matr ixes they are consid-ered a Phase Three Player. Access to a quick source of new Players for a tougher type of Matr ix can also be a factor. As mentioned ear l ier a good example of this would be a Real Estate Broker that became an Independent Mar-ket ing Representat ive (IMR) using the Terraf i rmat ion Matr ix . This is a $100 per month Matrix, the largest per month uni t within the game. As a Broker this would normally be the smallest real es ta te deal that they are normally involved with so actual ly i t would be a good thing to do during the Brokers le isure t ime. This is a lso a great example of Weisure. To other Players or IMR’s, the Terraf i rmat ion Matr ix would be a l i t t le more diff icul t to deal with, but a great overal l goal toward their becoming a Grand Master in the game. I t i s highly recommended that a l l Players or IMR’s get into the Terraf i rmat ion Matr ix as soon as possible . The successful complet ion of Phase Two wil l put any Player or IMR on the path to economic independence. This is a lways a subject ive concept but in the game we wil l make cer ta in assumptions. The main assumption wil l be addressed during the t ra ining per iod with the f i rs t few successful complet ions of t ra ining quizzes by the Players and IMR’s. The quizzes for this level are as fol lows:

CHAPTER SIX

SLACKER BUMPS

Page 50: Plizzel Manual

Slacker Bumps are l ike demeri ts or penal ty points . Sometimes they just make a player repeat something and other t imes a player losses Credi ts , Points or Tokens into the gen-eral fund for drawings by al l the players . An example of that would be when a player doesn’t play for a per iod of t ime. The point of Slacker Bumps is to t ra in a player to have bet ter l i fe ski l ls . Hopeful ly, the player wil l apply game solut ions to their own way of approaching l i fe in general . There wil l be t raps set to catch them in inact ion or lazy thinking. There wil l be motiva-t ional encouragement in some of these features to help minimize the Bumps encountered by the player. They wil l learn how to turn the negat ive into the posi t ive. Advanced Legacy Players wil l be requested to mentor Slackers with special blogs, chat rooms and video sessions that can be used by players to help understand and be more mo-t ivated to get bet ter a t playing Pl izzel . I f this works properly, each player can reach the Legacy Level and pass on their own version of the game. The game is a personal growth exercise that a lmost anyone would benefi t f rom. A bibl iography of books wil l be offered to help the players that want to overcome some of the shortcomings of Slackerism. A whole genre of Slacker Games can be designed and pr izes given to the most in-novat ive designs. Of course, the designers would loose their Slacker credent ia ls i f they worked that hard. Some of my Whimsters wil l be assigned to the worst Slackers to oversee their prog-ress . A reminder Avatar wil l jump in and remind them of cer ta in problems they are about to have i f they don’t take act ion to avoid the bumps. Slacker Bumps include going to s i tes that promote negat ive capi ta l ism. These catego-r ies include some of the most successful , f rom a money point of view, that the Internet has to offer. The adul t enter ta inment and gambling industr ies are the pr imary examples but there are many other business web s i tes that pract ice negat ive capi ta l ism. Next on the obvious l is t would be s i tes that market a lcohol and tobacco. And who hasn’t run into scams of one sor t or another on the Internet . Al l of this wil l be featured in the Slacker Bump sect ion of the game. Sometimes a reward rather than a penal ty wil l come into play i f someone f inds a new scam and reports i t to the other game players . By having the game i tself on a pr ivate browser a lot of these problems wil l be el imi-nated for our players and IMR’s. We wil l have an outs ide web s i te to inform and aler t non players i f anything s ignif icant is found by our players . A point system for penal t ies and rewards wil l be developed and ref ined as the game progresses . IMR’s aren’t subject to Slacker Bumps. They are ful ly t ra ined by their men-tors in the Matr ix . The IMR’s can develop their Matr ix using this t ra ining method with skept ical or uninformed people . We wil l bui ld a generic Cyber Twin to help prol i ferate the t ra ining because on a game level basis , the t ime versus gain rat io isn’t worthwhile for a t ra ined IMR. These Cyber Twins wil l be age and cul ture sensi t ive. SEE: www.mycybertwin.com Another Avatar system cal led “a text- to-movie” s i te a t www.xtranormal .com wil l be developed for anyt ime t ra ining, service and sales . As many good motivat ional books as possible wil l be done in this format to help s lackers get re l ief f rom their mind set . I f a player looses a l l their Plash, they wil l be given other chances to cont inue playing. Like l i fe i tself , you are never a t rue loser unt i l you give up.

Page 51: Plizzel Manual

The most common Slacker Bump wil l be f rom inact ivi ty by a Player or IMR. I t i s very important that the f i rs t f ive members in your Matr ix are properly t ra ined and that they in turn have found f ive new Players or IMR’s for their Matr ix . Usual ly, several of your ini t ia l Players or IMR’s won’t get off to a good s tar t . I f they fal ter for a per iod over 60 days from their s tar t date a Slacker Bump penal ty wil l be imposed on them and they wil l be moved down a level in the Matr ix . I f you are s t r iving to be a Grand Master Exul ted Mentor you wil l have al l of the Pl iz-zel Matr ixes in your system and the Slacker Bump Players and IMR’s wil l be a good place to use your ski l ls to help al l of your Players and IMR’s succeed. Each t ime someone is dormant 60 days they move down a level in their Matr ix unt i l they are on the bot tom lev-el . The Players and IMR’s wil l never lose a place in the Matr ix as long as they are using Pl izzel sof tware but room has to be made for the product ive Players and IMR’s. Another way to get Slacker Bumps would be to go down false paths . Some of these wil l be set up as a method of teaching negat ive capi ta l ism and the Player or IMR wil l be tempted to make a quick buck. Repeat ing this mistake wil l accelerate the number of Slacker Bumps issued by Pl izzel . Stopping this process is easy. Just don’t do i t again. Another type of Slacker Bump is a s i tuat ion that breeds negat ivi ty in the forums and chat rooms. Complaining about e lements in the game instead of seeking help in solving any problem can sometimes resul t in Slacker Bump deduct ions. A s incere cry for help is encouraged, but a constant harping on problems that can easi ly be solved with a l i t t le help or effor t on the Player ’s or IMR’s par t wil l const i tute Slacker Bump possibi l i t ies . One of the worst Slacker Bumps is when a IMR, qual i f ied for the predict ive dialer usage, receives a Slacker Bump that revokes the usage of the predict ive dialer unt i l the Bump is removed.

CHAPTER SEVEN

LIFE CODING

Page 53: Plizzel Manual

FINANCIAL PLANNING Anytime leverage and other peoples money can be used to fur ther a f inancial endeavor, there are much bet ter resul ts . The designer of Pl izzel is a former f inancial planner and Real Estate Broker. As a computer programmer he envis ioned a new and bet ter way to accomplish f inancial f reedom using the Pl izzel pr incipals . By breaking down l i fe’s f inan-cial obstacles into categories and designing a Matr ix and reverse Matr ix to f i t each prob-lem, Pl izzel can show anyone how to become f inancial ly self suff ic ient in a very short t ime. This system uses common sense and logic and has no pol i t ical axe to gr ind. I t i s in the use of new Internet technology that this method works so wel l . I t only takes an un-derstanding of how the var ious Matr ixes work to be able to secure your f inancial future .

I f you were to go to a f inancial planner, the expert would f i rs t gather information about what you are current ly doing with your money and your current income and f ind out what you want to accomplish during your l i fe t ime. This includes your assets and debts . Many of these f inancial planners are merely l i fe insurance agents t rying to sel l you whole l i fe or some var iance of this product . While l i fe insurance can be an important factor in a small port ion of the populat ion, i t i s most ly just a s tar t ing point when no other is made avai lable . This is the negat ive s ide of the equat ion.

On the posi t ive s ide of planning, put t ing your money and your t ime to work to get you to where you want to be is much more important . With a small amount of t ra ining and focused energy, a l l of your f inancial goals can be made real using Matr ix leverage and the Pl izzel game.

Usual ly, a f inancial planner wil l have you invest in e i ther real es ta te or s tocks and bonds for long term resul ts . This is a l l wel l and good, but there are other factors that make this s imple form of invest ing more accessible to anyone. By using your choices of Pl izzel Matr ixes to solve one element of your l i fe a t a t ime, i t wouldn’t be long before a l l of you effor ts can be used for bui lding future weal th that grows and grows as t ime goes by. Think of your Pl izzel Plan l ike a mutual fund that you own and control . The s i tua-t ions are l ike individual s tocks in a mutual fund. Diversi fy l ike you would in any good plan for s tock and bonds. Remove as much r isk and you can but s t i l l g ive yourself a chance to win big with some of the more adventurous Pl izzel Projects .

A good example of a higher r isk Matr ix would be the Terraf i rmat ion Developments in every Matr ix . While most of the Pl izzel Matr ixes take care of a specif ic category and a f ixed amount to get the resul ts that would las t forever, the Terraf i rmat ion Developments come with no such guarantee but each project can be evaluated using common sense and some s imple math.

The Terraf i rmat ion projects wil l take on different real es ta te solut ions as the Pl izzel world grows. SEE: “Creat ive Real Estate for a Bad Market” by: Barry Bowdidge (PDF)

The above but tons are pr imari ly for Phase I and Phase II but in some cases they can be carr ied over to Phase III . At each Level there is a basic requirement to successful ly com-plete that Level . Each Player or IMR sets their own goals of achievement before s tar t ing the quest of achievement . How well they accomplish this task determines their ra te of ascension to the next Phase.

The Grand Master Phase (Phase III) pr imari ly uses the fol lowing categories . In some cases , lef t over categories f rom Phase I and Phase II may be par t of the solut ion for the prospect ive Grand Master. Each l i fe code plan is different depending on the Player or IMR’s needs at the t ime.

Each of these represent a different Matr ix but a l l of them can be accomplished by playing the game r ight . This wil l customize the way players and IMR’s use the Pl izzel Matr ix . I t a lso wil l te l l us some market ing facts to make sure we keep up with the real l i fe demands on the Matr ix . For business owners or future entrepreneurs , the Pl izzel Ma-tr ix s ta t is t ics could be very helpful for decis ion making. We wil l make these avai lable to a l l players and IMR’s as one of the benefi ts .

As more Pl izzel Matr ix systems are developed this port ion of the game wil l become even more important . One of the f i rs t things that should be pointed out during t ra ining is the importance of this par t of the game. An e-mail containing a quest ionnaire to prospec-t ive and new players should be par t of every campaign and repeated unt i l a c lear game plan has been establ ished by each new player and IMR. Pl izzel wil l be developing this kind of form to use in a l l of your correspondence with prospect ive and new players and IMR’s.

Using an already establ ished concept , mycybertwin.com, your personal goals and l i fe coding can be put to a pract ical use. The funny par t wil l come when there are so many cyber twins in the social and business networks that they wil l s tar t ta lking to each other in a Pl izzely kind of way. What is Google and Bing going to do about that? Probably send everyone off to Yahoo!

We wil l develop a suggest ion sect ion where players and IMR’s can request help in designing the Matr ix solut ions to best help them succeed with their l i fe coding. Similar individuals can be matched up as Pl izzel teams. A Pl izzel leader can be chosen to make sure these groups win and get f i rmly into the Legacy sect ion of the game.

After the e-mail is sent to ver i fy that the Player or IMR is ready to move onto Level 3 , a special t ra ining session in the Pl izzel Matr ix chosen by the new Level 3 player wil l be offered.

The special t ra ining session wil l teach Players and IMR’s how to counci l their down l ine or any prospect ive Pl izzel Player or IMR. While this technique is s imilar to l icensedfinancial planners , i t i s only in form and intent . We don’t sel l any products or services that require any kind of l icense. This is Pl izzel Matr ix t ra ining only. In other words, how to use the sof tware in the best way to accomplish f inancial goals .

We’l l use a s tandard comparison chart to show how a f inancial planner would evalu-ate a persons’ s i tuat ion and then compare i t wi th the Pl izzel Way. I t ’s best to do both to cover a l l your bases .

Some of the categories wil l have self-help features that require special act ions by the Player or IMR to complete the process of winning in this category. A great example of that would be the “Heal th” category. In the heal th category, a Player or IMR wil l use a $100 Matr ix , assuming relat ively good heal th of the Player or IMR. A port ion of the Ma-t r ix wil l go to catastrophic coverage and a pre-paid medical plan but another par t goes to preventat ive heal th measures . These measures of ten require act ions and fol low up by the Player or IMR. More to encourage rather than punish them, we have a reminder feature that helps keep them on t rack.

The “Educat ion” category has many features that are included. In this category there

Page 57: Plizzel Manual

are several Matr ix choices ranging from $25 to $100 per month. The basic Matr ix is the Pl izzel sof tware only at $25 per month. With this sof tware, not only wil l there be the regular back off ice features but Pl izzel in cooperat ion with the Humanarium Project wil l research al l the information needed to help enhance the s tudent Player or IMR’s educa-t ional process . This wil l include some of the fol lowing projects :

1 . SAT and ACT prep courses .

2 . Scholarship information.

3 . Free or discounted school books. SEE: www.flatworldknowledge.org

4 . Free or inexpensive on-l ine courses .

The larger Matr ixes wil l be for actual costs re la ted to the Player or IMR’s personal goals for their individual school plans.

The Advert is ing Matr ix is another category l ike the Terraf i rmat ion Land Matr ix that wil l be included in every Matr ix . The reason they are included in every Matr ix is they are a “Primary Provider” because of the generic nature of their category. Every Player and IMR can use their services to promote their place in the Matr ix . SEE: Online Mar-ket ing Guide PDF.

Some of the sect ions of this Matr ix are as fol lows:

1 . Advert is ing Special t ies - American Graphics

2 . Onl ine Advert is ing - Local Ad Link

3 . SEO tecnologies - Local Ad l ink

4 . Newspapers and Magizines

5 . Radio and TV

6. Internat ional Market ing The Telephone Matr ix wil l have competing Pl izzel Providers for the Players and IMR’s to choose from in the Matr ix . Custom monthly payment plans wil l be designed to con-form to the Telephone industr ies ever changing market ing procedures . This wil l be an in-tegral par t of a winning s t ra tegy for the Players and IMRs. This Matr ix should be one of the f i rs t areas of effor t for a l l Players and IMRs because i t pays for one of the main tools used for the Pl izzel Game. This is a lso an obvious l i fe code need for everyone.

A special area for the Phase I and Phase II Players and IMRs wil l be the predict ive dialer feature that comes automatical ly to the Phase III , and Grand Master Players and IMR’. This wil l be an “Add On” feature for the t ruly dedicated Players and IMRs. Due to i t ’s costs and the unpredictable usage by ear ly adopters of the Pl izzel Game, i t i s im-portant that we have this avai lable as an incent ive tool . Usual ly, i t wi l l be very easy for

Page 58: Plizzel Manual

any Player or IMR to put enough new Players or IMR’s into this Matr ix to cover a l l future costs of the service. A predict ive dialer is the ul t imate t ime saver when using Telephony technology to advance in any Pl izzel Matr ix . Custom cal l l is ts are avai lable in every cat-egory to help you advance in any Matr ix you are working on at the t ime. I t a lso makes i t possible to switch Matr ixes to make i t less tedious. You don’t have to ta lk about the same thing al l the t ime. Phone scr ipts wil l be avai lable to enhance the experience for you.

The Internet Pl izzel Matr ix is another infrastructure category that is needed to play Pl izzel successful ly but everyone seems to be connected nowadays already. For this rea-son, a lot of t imes this Matr ix is used to reduce the Player ’s or IMR’s exis t ing expenses , but i t i s a lso a major expense when playing Pl izzel . Here are some of the areas covered by this Matr ix:

1 . Internet connect ion

2 . Internet host ing

3 . SEO Market ing

4 . Design and Programming

The Automobile Matr ix is a must do category for most Players and IMRs. There are many var ia t ions and opportuni t ies in this Matr ix . A new or used car down payment sav-ings account that automatical ly qual i f ies a future purchase wil l probably be the most popular Matr ix .

An auto insurance feature wil l be developed, but due to the var iable nature of premi-ums a s ta t ic Matr ix wil l not work. A var iable Matr ix has been designed for this and other s i tuat ions that cal l for an adjustable payment format .

Auto repairs wil l be done with a special reserve account based on s ta t is t ical informa-t ion on probable car problems.

The Dental Matr ix wil l be for both future and exis t ing dental problems. For the ex-is t ing problems a s ta t ic Matr ix wil l be used to accumulate the amount needed to cure the condi t ion. This should cont inue as a reserve dental insurance account for future use. A family plan should be considered when using this Matr ix opt ion.

Dental products wil l a lso be included in this Matr ix .

The Water Matr ix , wil l for the moment , deal with dr inking water only. While this doesn’t seem l ike much of a problem, any i tem that effects your monthly budget is a fac-tor in f inancial planning. Drinking water is an ongoing expense and should be deal t with in that fashion. Some of the new technology actual ly takes water out of the air with a devise that looks l ike a fancy water cooler. SEE: www.air2water.net

Page 59: Plizzel Manual

This is best done with the Electr ic Matr ix using solar vol ta ic systems. SEE: www.quantasol .com.

In the future there are a l l kinds of new technologies that could br ing this category into the general use of water, f i rs t domest ical ly and then perhaps commercial ly. This is an area that Pl izzel management wil l be fol lowing as things progress in both science and technology. We wil l t ry to get into the market ing par t of the program as soon as possible .

The Drink Matr ix differs f rom the Water Matr ix in that i t covers a l l the other dr inks that we consume except for a lcohol . Alcohol is a Slacker Bump category. The dr inks we wil l be paying the most a t tent ion to are heal th or iented beverages. The problems are two fold, the qual i ty of the products and the pr ice . In other words, the value of the products wil l have to be closely monitored by the Pl izzel management team and the Players and IMRs. Helping us f ind the best Drinks out there wil l give Players and IMRs bonus points in the game.

The Food Matr ix wil l be handled with gif t cer t i f icates for the markets l is ted on the si te . The Matr ix i tself can be as small as $25 per month or as large as $100 per week. Mult iple Players or IMRs in a family can even increase this amount unt i l you hi t your ac-tual budget amount for the month. Here is a l is t of par t ic ipat ing markets :

The Clothing Matr ix wil l be handled with gif t cer t i f icates for the s tores l is ted on the si te . The Matr ix i tself can be as small as $25 per month or as large as $100 per week. Mult iple Players or IMRs in a family can even increase this amount unt i l you hi t your ac-tual budget amount for the month. Here is a l is t of par t ic ipat ing s tores:

The Equipment Matr ix is a more advanced Matr ix that can be handled several ways. The gif t cer t i f icate method could apply i f i t i s known in advance the normal monthly bud-get and the specif ic types of equipment needed. The other method would be an account based on est imated amounts budgeted on an annual amount without knowing exact ly what equipment would be needed. Cert i f icates or cash withdrawal f rom the Player ’s or IMR’s e-wal le t can be used to solve this budget problem.

The Vacat ion Matr ix is a luxury Matr ix that should be one of the las t Matr ixes planned for when set t ing up your l i fe code plan. Doing this too ear ly can cost the Player or IMR some Slacker Bumps.

We are constant ly researching the best deals for vacat ions in the most requested places and we wil l post these to anyone’s e-mail address that is in this Matr ix . This wil l be one of the most customized Matr ixes in the Pl izzel system.

The Money or Investment Matr ix wil l pr imari ly be for the Grand Masters in the Game. I t i s best to have al l your expenses covered before you venture into this area. The “Pru-dent Man Rule” wil l be fol lowed when recommending any investment or savings vehicle in this Matr ix . Only af ter the Grand Master has a t ta ined a cer ta in level of success wil l unnecessary r isks be advised. We’l l t ry to promote real professionals into the system to mentor the new Players and IMRs about their investment s t ra tegies both inside and out-s ide the Pl izzel Game.

Page 60: Plizzel Manual

Products can be developed that don’t require l icenses and the management of Pl izzel can hire professional f inancial planners with the proper l icenses to offer in house prod-ucts . The legal ramif icat ions of this category wil l have to be careful ly monitored by the Pl izzel Management team to assure compliance with the many State , Federal and Interna-t ional laws.

The Play Matr ix includes everything you do with your le isure t ime and some things that you would l ike to t ry. The best thing to do with this category is to t ry to work out a monthly or year ly budget that you would l ike to maintain. At this level in the Pl izzel game we can customize cer ta in features to a l low the maximum benefi ts to our Players and IMRs. A good example of that would be the fol lowing:

Type of act ivi ty:

Cost of act ivi ty ;

Frequency of act ivi ty:

Total Monthly Costs :

Total Monthly Matr ix requirement:

At this point in the Pl izzel game you can ei ther set the proper Matr ix amount up through the Contact Information on the Pl izzel Browser or web s i te . I t i s a lso a good idea to get advice from your ass igned Grand Master.

The Loan Matr ix is a special ized area in the Pl izzel Game. Loans can be obtained direct ly or f rom third par ty sources . A lot of t imes the information provided the Players and IMRs is more important than set t ing up a separate Matr ix . Al though, once a payment amount is determined, a Mart ix amount can be establ ished. This amount , unless i t i s a house loan, is put in the Player ’s or IMR’s e-wal le t . From there , the payment can auto-matical ly be set up to make the payments on an outs ide loan.

The Electr ic Matr ix is based on al ternate energy technologies . This is pr imari ly for the pr ivate use of solar vol ta ic cel ls . The company below is one of the newest innovators of inexpensive solar cel ls . There are many others that we wil l keep researching to f ind the best possible solut ions for the Players and IMR’s.

The Other Matr ix covers custom Matr ixes requested in our counsel ing or chat forums. I t a lso covers any non prof i ts that Players or IMRs would l ike to par t ic ipate in with their contr ibut ions.

Page 61: Plizzel Manual

EXAMPLES OF PLIZZELFINANCIAL PLANNING BENEFITS

Each example is for a cross sect ion based on demographics . The f i rs t group of people using Pl izzel Planning are the f i rs t t ime planners . This isn’t any par t icular age group but the younger a Player is the bet ter. Time is a very important factor in any f inancial plan. For the fun of i t and because this is a game, I ’ l l s tar t with a 12 year old gamer that just wants to t ry something new. This Player would s tar t with the One Credi t Reverse Matr ix and would automatical ly have an e-Wallet to keep t rack of the resul ts . The Player would get to the Five Credi t Reverse Matr ix within the f i rs t seven days i f the Player fol-lowed the “Marching Orders” and learns how to get new Players into Pl izzel . This s tage would be completed within the next seven days and the Player would be set to become an Independent Market ing Representat ive (IMR) in the Upper Pl izzel Matr ix .

At this point , the Player enters the real world of f inancial planning. There are cur-rent ly twenty categories with individual Pl izzel Matr ixes for the new IMR to pick from to advance to the next level . At this point a Grand Master Mentor wil l capture this new IMR at the bot tom of one of his or her Matr ixes and the Player wil l get addi t ional t ips f rom his or her newly assigned Grand Master.

The “Real Estate Matr ix” wil l be in every matr ix that the new IMR chooses to conquer in the quest for f inancial f reedom. The Grand Master Mentor wil l advise the new IMR to use the residual income from addi t ion Player s ign-ups as soon as possible . After the IMR has at least $150 in monthly residual income, the Player should pick the real es ta te .

Obviously, a t this ear ly age most of the categories are a l ready taken care of by the chi ld’s parents . This wil l be an extremely good l i fe lesson for someone that understands the importance of f inancial planning for their future . The categories that would be most important for this s i tuat ion would be educat ion, housing, t ransportat ion and clothing. I f the chi ld uses their weisure t ime (game playing t ime) i t could be the s ingle most impor-tant contr ibut ing factor to their future success .

Most young adul ts don’t s tar t thinking in these terms unt i l af ter they have got ten mar-r ied and have chi ldren. There is s t i l l p lenty of t ime but they should s tar t a t the IMR or Grand Master level when they join Pl izzel . Al l they need to do is learn how to use the var ious Pl izzel Matr ixes to power into the future with a great f inancial plan.

For more mature new Players and IMR’s there wil l be al l kinds of different scenarios that can be imagined. The residual income and the real es ta te features wil l a t t ract the al ready successful Players and IMR’s. This wil l just add to their weal th and securi ty. We need them most ly as Grand Master Mentors for the young and the new family Players and IMR’s.

One of the most interest ing par ts of this game wil l be the resul ts of Mentoring by the Grand Masters . Pl izzel wil l give rewards and honors to these entrepreneurs for their help.

LEVEL 3

Page 63: Plizzel Manual

Level 3 is the “Grand Master” mode of Pl izzel

Page 64: Plizzel Manual

Like Phase Two, Phase Three is general ly made up of the preceding categories but not res t r ic ted to them. A system of accomplishments is programmed into the game to bo-nus Players and IMR’s when they reach a cer ta in levels . False and real problems wil l be placed at different points in the Pl izzel Matr ixes . Some special Pl izzel Providers wil l be in each of Matr ixes . Terraf i rmat ion Devel-opment Company wil l be in each web s i te and Matr ix . An educat ional web s i te cal led “www.flatear thknowledge.com” wil l be featured on al l Pl izzel s i tes . Special bonus con-cepts wil l be designed when ei ther a Player or IMR gets involved with a Terraf i rmat ion project . Special generic advert is ing and market ing Pl izzel Providers wil l a lso be on each web s i te and offer a Matr ix for their products or services . Each s tep is accomplished by complet ing the f i rs t two levels in the Matr ix and making sure each Player or IMR is properly t ra ined including the retraining of each Cyber Twin and Text to Movie feature . The proper placement of these features in as many social and business networks as possible should also be put in place. Once a Player or IMR is through al l the Pl izzel Matr ixes that was set as their l i fe goal , they can take the Grand Master exam. The quizzes and the Grand Master exam for this level are as fol lows:

GAME LEGACY

Page 67: Plizzel Manual

As a Grand Master you’l l f ind you’l l want to pass on some of your ski l ls and winnings to help others in pursui t of their goals . Financial independence is the American Dream. Doing this in spi te of a Communist /Social is t /Fascis t or Stat is t government wil l be the big-gest chal lenge of this game. Government is the only problem we’l l have in making this dream come true. Pay close at tent ion to their schenanagans and don’t be duped by their so cal led good intent ions. They want to destroy al l forms of pr ivate property and they are proving i t by their act ions. Ignore their words but watch closely what they do to s teal f rom you. They are only seeking personal power at the expense of our f reedoms. Maybe some day, common sense and reason wil l prevai l over abusive po-l i t ical control . The Grand Masters can play a s ignif icant role in helping this happen. One of the unique problems facing humanity is overpopulat ion. There are two ap-proaches to the solut ion. The Trini ty of Power makes the same mistake every t ime by assuming l imited resources . They s imply divide the number of people by the known re-sources and declare an emergency based on this formula. Then they can take any evi l ac-t ion they chose and declare they are doing i t for the good of the people . The most draco-nian solut ion they put for th is a cul l ing of the herd. In other words, a reason to go to war so they can prof i t f rom the confl ic ts . The other solut ion recognizes that we have inf ini te resources avai lable when entrepre-neurial ta lents are used to solve this or any other human problem. For example: the lack of “ le ibensraum” can be solved by bui lding communit ies in the second layer of Earth, under water and out in space. Each biosphere can be made self sustaining and contr ibute to each other and the ent i re populat ion. The one thing that Capi ta l ism needs most is more customers . This is not the case for the Trini ty of Power. They just want total control .

Partners and affiliates in Development and Marketing

Each phase of the game project requires special technologies and promotions to make the entire process viable. Here are some of the technologies and marketing organizations involved:

Using a one square mile example broken into 640 one acre parcels we can do some general cash f low analysis for Game Players and IMR’s. Assume a $1,000 per acre pr ice and a $100 per month Matr ix payment , the property should be paid for in one year. By cont inuing the Matr ix for the next year for planning and development costs , the property should be ready to bui ld and market as weekly t ime shares . A new Matr ix wil l be designed for the users of the t ime shares to a l low them to use the power of a Money Matr ix to offset their costs . As the or iginal owner of an acre , you can use the acre year around or take a huge prof i t f rom the sales of the t ime share weeks. You can also retain as many weeks as you would l ike for your own purposes . You can rent them or use them.

Because this is a bulk purchase of large parcels of land, we get a wholesale pr ice go-ing into the purchase and the worst case scenario is that we resel l the land at bet ter pr ice without doing any development . In essence, we’l l re-Pl izzel the land to new buyers and the f i rs t Players or IMR’s wil l have created a monthly income that ref lects the new value. After this ser ies of park developments are completed Terraf i rmat ion Development Company and Pl izzel wil l s tar t other innovat ive real es ta te projects that our Players and IMR’s can par t ic ipate in i f they so desire .

The Terraf i rmat ion Development Company is based on a re t i rement dream. The owner asked himself , “What would be my perfect re t i rement l i fes tyle”. At 66, with a lot of soul searching and meditat ive thinking he came up with a new way to do real es ta te to make this re t i rement dream come true. With a back ground in both Real Estate and Computer Programming, he used both l i fe experiences and discipl ines to design Pl izzel . Some of the most important e lements of his desired ret i rement plan were as fol lows: 1 . Must be fun. 2 . Must be mobile . 3 . Must create an income. 4 . Must have a posi t ive purpose in the World. 5 . Must be chal lenging without being unheal thy or overly s t ressful .

MUST BE FUN

Pl izzel is a game designed to use “Weisure” t ime to combine le isure and work for an enhanced l i fe experience. By taking “Capi ta l ism 101” and put t ing the instruct ions and game play into an Internet game vernacular instead of just “business as usual” , the play-ers should have more fun doing what needs to be done in real l i fe . Real Estate is a foun-dat ion par t of Pl izzel .

MUST BE MOBILE

Pl izzel is an Internet game and can be played anywhere there is a connect ion. The most mobile l i fes tyle on land is obviously the motor home. Travel ing the country is a very popular l i fes tyle for seniors and some lucky younger people . The Terraf i rmat ion Development Company has designed a purposeful method of owning and using RV t ime shares for the Players and IMR’s t ravel ing pleasure. Timeshare development is the most prof i table way to invest in Real Estate . A forced f ive Pl izzel Matr ix has been designed to make i t easy for anyone to be par t of this great and prof i table adventure . By using only $125 per month a player or IMR can leverage themselves into a 50 State mobile experi-ence.

MUST CREATE AN INCOME The Pl izzel Matr ixes a l l have as their main object ive the creat ion of res idual income. What is res idual income? This is income that come to you on a regular basis . A great example of that in the Real Estate world is rent . Rent requires property management but Pl izzel income is only a computer program and i f set up properly, doesn’t require any ad-di t ional effor t af ter i t i s won (EARNED) in any Pl izzel Matr ix . People wil l drop out of the game but can easi ly be replace. After awhile even this factor is taken care of by the natural growth of the Pl izzel Matr ix .

MUST HAVE A POSITIVE PURPOSE IN THE WORLD The Terraf i rmat ion Development Program has several very dis t inct object ives . The planning and developing of f i f ty new private parks for the use of both the RV t imeshare owners and the general publ ic wil l enhance the environment in an extremely posi t ive way.

Page 71: Plizzel Manual

This should set a precedence for demonstrat ing the use of innovat ing pr ivate enterpr ise to solve environmental problems and s t i l l show a prof i t for the investors . The fol lowing performa’s wil l explain the f inancial ramif icat ions of the Pl izzel Provider. SEE: www.terraf i rmat ion.com Another feature of these developments wil l be the use of a l ternate energy sources . The community centers wil l use solar vol ta ic wal ls with special wind tunnel technology. The roof wil l be designed to capture ra in water. This wil l be one of two bui ldings in each park. The other bui lding located at the entrance wil l be a mechnics shop that does EV conversions and sel ls and instal ls Electr ic Vehicle conversion Kits .

MUST BE CHALLENGING WITHOUT BEING UN-HEALTHY OR OVERLY STRESSFUL

Pl izzel chal lenges every player and IMR with real l i fe and vir tual problems to solve. Each chal lenge is rewarded based on performance. Slacker Bumps reduce any unheal thy or s t ressful e lements encountered by the players or IMR’s. One of the most important goals on each level of Pl izzel is to solve a f inancial problem individual ly designed for the players needs or desires . The successful complet ion of the three levels of Pl izzel should provide for a very heal thy and almost s t ress f ree l i fe s tyle . The mentoring or buddy sys-tem of playing Pl izzel a lso reduces mistakes and makes complet ion of the Pl izzel Matr ix-es easier and faster to obtain.

The money will be transferred via internal mailing system. Once a user logs in, they will have new messages, which of course is the message for winning the money. We want the message to have a check that is good from our operational paypal account that they can print and cash anywhere. Of course the checks need to have certain numbers making it so they can’t print the check out twice and cash it. I am sure you are familiar with all of the concerns we may have in this area. For an example host profile, you can log in as “pongleaguesw” with password “360360”. All hosts are manually approved, so this way you can just check it out without having to sign up.

PHONE VOICE GAMES Coincidently, I’ve just gotten a new PayPal client wanting a much simpler solution, but would make a great starting point with this project. They should have their site ready to go by the end of January. They are willing to do some testing of the Game Button. This is the latest fad on College campuses, Beer Pong. Their site is at www.pongleague.net.

This is the written explanation by the owner of the Pong League web site with my flow chart of this game situation.I would first like to point out that there are multiple profile types. There are player profiles, league or “host” profiles, and venue profiles. Host profiles are the only profiles that can post events. When a host posts an event, anyone can see it. You can view events by clicking on them on the event calendars. Once an event is clicked it takes you to the event details page. From here you can see the host’s picture, the venue who is hosting the event, and the rest of the details. On this page there should be a tournament registration button. Once clicked, that button navigates to a page where the user can select a team from the drop down menu. There will be other options here as well such as prize pot, a count of teams that have registered, etc. Then below that you will see a paypal button. What it does I am not sure yet, but it’s there. This is how we are planning on doing things. Once a team registers, the cost of the tourmament and the processing fee will be taken from their bank or account, and transferred to our large operations paypal account. Somehow we would like the processing fee to split into a separate account so that it is much easier to balance our finances. The money will sit there until the tournament is over. Once the tournament is over, the host will log in to their profile and upload that stats that our electronic pda’s produce. The hosts also enter the top three teams for first, second, and third place. The host will then finalize the tournament and submit the results. From there the system will send the money via internal mailing system to the user’s accounts. The first place finishers will receive 65% of the total pot, the second place finishers get 15%, and third gets 5%. The last 15% goes to the host. The total pot consists of the amount of registered teams, multiplied by the fee to enter the tournament (usually, but not always, $20). The money will then get split in half and get sent to each player’s individual profile. For example, with a pot size of $100, the winners get $65. This means that $32.50 goes to each player on the winning team. Please keep in mind that all teams are teams of two. Therefore, there will be 8 profiles minimum receiving money. For larger tournaments, we want the pay offs to go to perhaps 20 different profiles, it all depends on the size of the tournament.

GAME BUTTON PROPOSALBY: Barry Bowdidge

[email protected]

The future in Internet games will be involved with real money points without being in the gambling arena. This presents an unusual opportunity for PayPal. A preprogrammed special button for gamers and the Internet hosts could bring in a lot of new young PayPal account holder. I’m currently designing a game with some of the basic structure at www.myvoicegames.com. I’m using the “Revolution” software development language out of Scotland. It’s a cross plat formed framework that can be used on any Internet devise. The general nature of this game will require maximum flexibility. The cash flow direction should be a great prototype for the underlying PayPal Button code. The game currency is broken into three parts based on the USD no matter where it is played. Credits represent one dollar in the PayPal Game accounts. Points represent one penny and Tokens represent 1/100 of a penny. Obviously, Tokens will need the most cod ing for the game. They are important because of the many bells and whistles that can be built into a game. The initial web site is very much a bare bone version. The “Revolution” version is much more complicated but contains proprietary information that I don’t want out on the Net at this time. When we get into the actual PayPal programming, these details will be made available. I’m currently doing some trial marketing with some of the products and services that we will actually be using. I’m using the standard PayPal buttons for this phase of the de velopment.

All earthly products and services can be addressed and the future Moon and Mars products can be marketed when appropriated by the new inhabitants with real time communications. The Game will also have many fun and useful educational opportunities. The game will have features that help the general public understand the colonization and give them an opportunity to participate.REAL TIME MONEY GAME FORMULTITASKING ASTRONAUT PIONEERS This will be the first Phone Voice Game (PVG) developed for use on any internet connected devise with voice capabilities. The I-phone will be used for the beta test. All players will have a special Game PayPal account. By using off-the-shelf hardware and custom software programs over a predictive dialer, the space pioneers can do their terraforming and research work while playing a multitude of PVG’s. This will make extra income for the mission and let the space pioneers chat with the folks back home to help them cope with the isolation factor out in space. This makes all qualified software programmers as possible collaborators in the development. The company is using a new cross plat formed computer language called “Revolution” out of Scotland. Alternate Currencies for the Beta TestInformation about the Barter Organization will follow when needed. I’ve owned a Barter Company for many years.

MyMMOshop.comWe all know what the economy is, but do you know what a virtual MMO economy is?

An MMO, or MMORPG, which in turn is shortened from Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game, is a form of online video game. You may have heard of such MMO’s as World of Warcraft, Warhammer Online, Age of Conan, EverQuest 2, Final Fantasy XI, Lineage 2, EverQuest, Vanguard Sega of Heroes, Star Wars Galaxies, Anarchy Online, Eve Online, Guild Wars, Lord of the Rings Online, Maple Story, Pirates of the Burning Sea, Tabula Rasa, etc. Amazingly, these games have their own real economies, based on the currency of the game. Players sell their in-game money to other gamers, in exchange for real world money. It seems amazing that there is a market for these transactions, but there is. It all started when players quit playing their game, and did not want their countless hours of work to go to waste. So they did what seemed obvious to them; they sold their MMO accounts. Many people do not want to go through the tedious process of leveling their character, and would rather just pay more in order to have the best gaming experience, so they purchased pre-leveled accounts. It makes sense in this regard. Quitting players get some extra cash, and future players get a great head start on the game, and do not have to endure hours of boring leveling. This process is often referred to as Real Money Trade, or RMT for short. In some games, the sale of virtual money is strictly forbidden, while in others, it is encouraged. But regardless of the rules, RMT takes place in almost every MMO ever produced. Initially, RMT consisted mostly of the sale of characters, but soon, once people realized that they could make money playing video games, many people began selling in game money. Some used it as a way to pay the monthly membership fees, and some just used it for a little extra cash. Most RMT took place at online auction sites such as eBay. At this stage, RMT was a relatively harmless new trend, which did not really affect the game play experience. However, it began to spiral out of control. A few smart individuals decided to capitalize on this hot new trend. They started websites for the sole purpose of buying and selling MMO money. They completely dominated all the trade, and made quite a bit of money. The websites would buy small amounts of in-game currency from users, and sell it in larger packages to private clients at premium prices. The process was simple; once the payment was made, the virtual currency was delivered through an in-game trading system. Developers and moderators began to catch on as they began seeing complete beginners with ridiculous amounts of in-game money. Some game developers attempted to take legal action against those participating in Real Money Trade, and others ignored it. Many games updated their Terms of Use agreement, in order to allow or disallow RMT. RMT began to affect the gaming experience negatively. People who had played the game for years began to get angry when a complete amateur had more in-game money than them. Also, as new people had no idea what the in-game market prices for digital goods were, they paid far too much for items, and disturbed the entire virtual economy. Just like a normal economy, virtual MMO economies are fragile. If you flood them with too much money, or take away too much money, they will react poorly.

Where RMT Started

The famous MMO EverQuest is believed to have been the game in which RMT originated. Though it may not have been the first, it is certainly the first that took it to the next level. EverQuest had such a rich economy, that players could actually make an average of $3.50+ per hour, just playing video games. Consider this: if that $3.50/hr figure is considered the games minimum wage, that ranks EverQuest, a virtual world, as the 77th richest country in the world! - A truly shocking fact. It is amazing that a video game can be considered richer than more than half of the countries in the world. Strangely enough, people were willing to pay quite a lot for virtual money and items. Single in-game items sold for $10-$1,000 or more. In game Money began to be grouped in huge amounts in order to sell it. People would often spend thousands of dollars just setting up their character with the best equipment! Keep in mind; we are still talking about video games! Thousands of dollars for a video game? Why would someone pay that much money just to play a game? Because leveling characters and earning money on MMO’s takes ages. Players often play for months on end, playing for at least a few hours every day, and they still do not reach the maximum level, or accumulate that much money. RMT was affecting games negatively, but it was still manageable. However, that all began to change as people became greedy. A new trend started, often called “gold farming”. Gold referred to whatever the in-game currency was, and farming referred to, essentially, manufacturing. People began designing programs, or bots, that would play video games for them, doing tedious tasks. They then logged onto their accounts and sold whatever the bot had collected.

Page 86: Plizzel Manual

Gold Farming

It got even worse when actual video game sweatshops began to pop up. Business men in poor countries began to notice how much money was to be made through RMT on video games, so they hired “workers” to gold farm. Workers were paid very little, but they could hardly complain, as all they were doing was playing a video game. They all did simple, mindless tasks that made a consistent amount of in-game money. These tasks usually included some sort of collecting of raw materials. Once a fair amount was collected, they would sell the materials for in-game currency. They would then sell the in-game currency for real-world currency. It is a crazy concept to wrap your mind around, but it is the truth. Real Money Trade still takes place today, on this very web site in fact. Lawsuits have been filed against participants but to no avail. If anything, it is more popular today. With games like World of Warcraft, MMO’s have become mainstream, and thus, the need for in-game currency is in ever greater demand.

Other currencies include Airline Miles, discount rebate points, carbon credits and option points.

Political Monetary Considerations The PayPal Game Button monetary calculations and code will represent the most basic units of money and can be adapted to the future of our World exchange system as those changes manifest themselves. With just three units of money, Credits, Points and Tokens, it will be possible to do any size transaction.

Credits equal one USDPoints equal 1/100th USD

Tokens equal 1/1000th of one USD

(CNN) -- The line dividing work and leisure time is blurring right before our eyes, says one expert, and it’s creating a phenomenon called “weisure time.”

English cricket player Geraint Jones enjoys a “weisure” moment during an Australian fishing trip in 2006.

Many who haven’t already abandoned the 9-to-5 workday for the 24-7 life of weisure probably will do so soon, according to New York University sociologist Dalton Conley, who coined the word. It’s the next step in the evolving work-life culture.

“Increasingly, it’s not clear what constitutes work and what constitutes fun,” be it “in an office or at home or out in the street,” Conley said. Activities and social spaces are becoming work-play ambiguous, he says, as “all of these worlds that were once very distinct are now blurring together.”

Conley used the 1950s as a point of reference. “Back then, there were certain rules, such as ‘don’t do business with friends, and keep those spheres separate.’ It was just one of the hallmarks of capitalist social life. That has completely changed.”

However, the increased mixing of work and play doesn’t mean bankers will be refinancing houses during their kids’ piñata parties.

But what it does mean is more and more Americans are using smartphones and other technology to collaborate with business colleagues while hanging out with their families. See how “weisured” your

lifestyle is and compare with others »

Don’t MissIn Depth: Having It Al^6. l

It doesn’t mean tax attorneys will be getting makeovers during their tax-law seminars. But they may be chatting with Facebook friends while participating in a conference call.

What happened? Why do Americans want to mix work and play? Well, first, there’s more work and less play, according to Conley’s book “Elsewhere, U.S.A.”

“For the first time in history now, the higher up the economic ladder you go, the more likely you’re going to have an extremely long workweek,” he says. These busier Americans often want to save time by taking care of business and pleasure simultaneously.

Obviously, the Internet offers nothing but opportunity for that.

‘The creative class’

People are more willing to let work invade their leisure time because, for a lot of Americans, working has become more fun, Conley says. He refers to this group of professionals who tend to get more enjoyment out of work as “the creative class,” borrowing a term coined by author Richard Florida.

Their work involves ideas -- perhaps helping create a new software product, ad campaign or creative

Page 88: Plizzel Manual

financial derivative.

“This makes their work a source of meaning and fun to them, and thus the work-all-the-time mentality is partly driven by choice and desire,” Conley said.

It’s no coincidence, Conley says, that weisure has been growing simultaneously with the popularity of the personal computer, which has helped professionals with more tedious parts of their jobs -- and has made many jobs somewhat more interesting.

Weisure has been fueled by social networking sites like Facebook and MySpace, where “friends” may actually be business partners or work colleagues.

“Social networking as an activity is one of those ambiguous activities,” Conley said. “It’s part fun and part instrumental in our knowledge economy.”

These networking sites offer participants in the weisure life lots of ways to do business -- and to have fun.

Social technology “triggers a pleasure response in our brain that we want, even if it’s quasi-junk mail, because someone’s reaching out to us for a social connection. So we’re addicted, some of us, me included.”

‘We lose our private sphere’

Perhaps more disturbing is the idea that weisure is changing us. “We lose our so-called private sphere,” Conley said. “There’s less relaxing time to be our so-called backstage selves when we’re always mingling work and leisure.”

If you’re thinking that a backlash may be around the corner for the weisure concept, you’re right. In fact, Conley says, the backlash has begun.

“You can see that in the populist anger against the bankers” who’ve been blamed in part for the current economic downturn, Conley says. The backlash is evident in the rise of alternative social movements involving people “who live in a more frugal and environmentally conscious way,” he says.

But, short of a nuclear winter or some cataclysm sending us back to the stone age, there’s no turning back the clock on the spread of weisure, he says. The weisure lifestyle will engrain itself permanently

in the American culture.

Every culture creates its antithesis, Conley says. Eventually the weisure class could merge with a “getting back to basics movement” and form something new.

“I don’t know what that will look like,” he said. “But this period we live in now will look very quaint and silly to folks 50 years in the future, just as the 1950s look very fake and quaint and earnest to us now.

The Humanarium Project

As a California Non-Profit Corporation, the Humanarium Project has as it’s mission statement or purpose, Environmental Enhancement. The following flow chart shows some of the planning and execution of varies portions of the project. Each path taken represents a skill that the originator of this project brings to the or ganization. One hundred percent of the income derived from any of these endeavors is automatically donated to the project to help make this a successful organization.

STATEMENT OF INTENT FORTHE HUMANARIUM PROJECT

As the CEO of the Humanarium Project I plan on using al l the knowledge I’ve gleaned as a s tudent of the world. Any and al l resul ts wil l be put to the best possible use for this legacy project . Al l of the things that I create or prof i t f rom wil l be put to use to fur ther the agenda of this organizat ion. Fortunately, I ’m a minimalis t when i t comes to my per-sonal l i fes tyle . This wil l maximize the use of any of the assets for the fulf i l lment of the goals put forward by the Humanarium Project . Why do this? The answer is that I think the meaning of l i fe is to contr ibute to the evolut ion of the human species . Most of what I do can be understood best when put to that tes t . My methods may seem odd to some people , but there is def ini te ly method to my madness . I just can’t put i t a l l down at once. For example: Why would I choose a game to create most of the income for the project? Pl izzel is a money matr ix that creates a perfect par tnership because i t i s ruled by a predetermined mathematical matr ix . At torneys are taken out of the loop and so are the bureaucrats . The products and services are care-ful ly chosen to enhance the environment and help people lead a bet ter l i fe while protect-ing our important natural resources . The game wil l be centered around some unusual infrastructure development under-ground, underwater and out in space. The technology wil l be developed in different par ts of the world but the main beneficiar ies wil l be the over populated countr ies . Ul t imately, our pr imary market wil l be these countr ies . This wil l help the t rade balances between the developed countr ies with new housing development t rading for products produced by the developing countr ies using inexpensive labor. Both wil l get what they want and need. Evolut ion using posi t ive capi ta l is t methods should push humanity into the next level of species success with no-one being lef t behind. There wil l a lways be s lackers jamming up any system but maybe science wil l f ind the s lacker gene and some al terat ions can be made to help these people get more out of l i fe . This is why I put a big emphasis on “Slacker Bumps” or penal ty points in the game for this kind of behavior. The game wil l evolve constant ly as a learning tool and an economic system. The open source community wil l enjoy the game because so much of i t has to do with technology and math. The f i rs t goal wil l be to es tabl ish a pr ivate park system that has underground l iving rooms for motor homes that are t ime shared for maximum profi t . A good share of this prof i t wil l be used to bui ld a high tech community center and the environmental ly sensi-t ive oasis l ike park that wil l enhance this property beyond any environmental is t ’s expec-tat ions. The golden number of parks is f i f ty. One in each s ta te of the union. Of course, we want this to cont inue. Some of the features in this park wil l be as fol lows:

1 . Community center bui l t us ing s ta te of the ar t solar and wind cogenerat ion. 2 . Water recycl ing and creat ion methods. 3 . Conversion of t imeshare owners recreat ional vehicle into an al l e lectr ic dr iving sys-tem and using their current combust ion engine as a backup generator.

Page 92: Plizzel Manual

The Humanarium Project has four primary missions as follows:Saving Endangered Species • Biosphere Research and Development• Design and Development of Alternate Infrastructures• Eco-Disaster Recovery •

SAVING ENDANGERED SPECIES The creator of the non-profit corporation (Humanrium Project) is also the primary conributor at the present time; October (October 2007). This donation consists of over three thousand drawings a large collection of writings. A legacy real estate development is in progress to enhance the property

Genetic Art, Animated Art Movies and a Variety of Writings

The co-generation public building will be a combination Art Gallery, Movie Studio and Educationalcomplex. The founder of the Humanarium Project is an artist that has already produced over two thousand five hundred genetic designs. They will all be available for viewing by the general public. Each image has both a first and last name and a tax ID number. Each creature is also assigned an endangered species from the “Red List” maintained by the IUCA in Switzerland since 1947. There are currently over 26,000 species on the list. That will mean approximatly ten endangered species will be assigned per genetic design. All income from the licensing of any image will be used to help save these species.

Animated movies will be produced using these characters on site by BWB Films.. All of these movies and any pre-released versions will be available for viewing and purchasing by visitors. An educational program will be developed for the public use of the facility. The subject matter will include the following:

Drawing programs• Genetics• Animation• Movie making• Endangered species awareness• Alternate future housing• Nature trail usage•

BIOSPHERE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT The continuation of projects like Bioshere II, space programs and undersea living space development are going to be reported upon and encouraged with public and private support by the Humanarium Project. Our web site will be a source of education and information about all the new developments worldwide concerning anything to do with biosphere research and development. Whenever we can get directly involved with tech nology or development in this area, we will pursue that course of action. The creator of the Humanarium Project has donated the resources and profits of an alternate energy com pany “Black Wind Energy” and a digital money system for use in special situations.

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF ALTERNATE INFRASTRUCTURES

Alternate infrastructures can be additions to existing systems for environmental enhancement and im-proved service such as the following example:

Page 93: Plizzel Manual

BUFFER BUILDING Buffer building refers to those spaces between the edge of the freeway and the nearest private property line. In California, CAL-TRANS is actively seeking private party solutions. We will be testing their rhetoric and their resolve. Anything done should include a *soft crash zone and *quick vehicle removal systems to help with traffic management. Because of the nature of the topography in California the suggested uses only apply to certain stretches of road. These are primarily urban solutions, not necessarily urban concepts. Special architects and engineers will be needed to design buffer buildings. For long stretches of urban freeway next to established subdivisions an intricate design could prove useful. Considering the fact that freeways are a concept of the forties and fifties, surely some new thinking is long overdue. To start with, think of this plan as a tubular rectangle inside an outer tubular rectangle. The inside tube is designed and used by combustion engine vehicles that should be isolated, if possible, because of noise and air pollution.

ECO-DISASTER RECOVERY One of the first projects the Humanarium Project will undertake is a tree replenishment program in the San Diego, California’s back country. The Cedar fire of 2003 caused massive tree damage in the Cleaveland National Park and surrounding areas. Our plan is to purchase 2 to 5 acres in the Cuyamaca Lake area, preferrable in the North Peak area. The views here are spectacular except for the black trees left by the fire. We will use several methods to help with the reforestation of the area. Some of these methods are as follows: 1. Direct purchases with donated funds of seedlings and larger tree will happen proportionate to the donations received by the Humanarium Project. 2. A program of used live Christmas Trees will be initiated. 3. Coordination with other groups and agencies with similar 4. Design a trail system using electric vehicles only to raise funds for the forest replanting mission. 5. Identify any endangered species in the area and make a plan to help them. 6. Develop a cadre of weekend volunteers to excellerate the planting and upkeep of the nursery and the trails on private property.

AS TO THE RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS LICENSE, THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPLIED BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION, OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL PLIZZEL OR ITS RE SELLERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AGENTS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY SUBSCRIBER, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICE FOR THE ONE MONTH PERIOD (IF PAYING MONTHLY) PRECEDING THE EVENT FORMING THE BASIS OF THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT WILL PLIZZEL NOR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN CREATING, DELIVERING OR MAINTAINING THE SERVICE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSSES RELATED TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION OR LOSS OF PROFITS ARISING OUT OF SUBSCRIBER’S USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICE, OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, EVEN IF PLIZZEL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

Subscriber does not desire this Agreement to provide liability for loss or damage due directly or indirectly to occurrences, or consequences there from, which the service is designed to deter or avert. If subscriber desires additional liability coverage, it shall be the subscriber’s sole responsibility to secure it from an insurance carrier or other agency of subscriber’s choice, at subscriber’s own expense. Subscriber shall bring no suit against Plizzel as a result of any loss arising from this Agreement.

15. ASSIGNMENT. Plizzel shall have the right to assign this Agreement to any person, firm or corporation, without prior consent.

16. EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. In the event a court of competent jurisdiction determines that the "Insurance," "Limitation of Liability," and/or "No Other Warranties" section (s) of this Agreement are invalid and Plizzel should be found liable for loss or damage due to failure of the services provided under this Agreement, Plizzel’s liability shall be limited to the Subscriber’s fees paid, if any, for the Service for the 12 month period (if paying annually) or the 3 month period (if paying quarterly) or the 1 month period (if paying monthly) preceding the event forming the basis of the claim, as agreed upon liquidated damages and not as a penalty. Because of the nature of the services rendered and the system as a whole, it is impractical and extremely difficult to determine the actual damages, if any, which may result from failure on the part of Plizzel to perform its responsibilities under this Agreement. Such liquidated damage is the exclusive remedy for any failure of the services, and the provisions of this paragraph shall apply if loss or damage, irrespective of cause or origin, results directly or indirectly to a person or property from the performance or nonperformance of any obligation of Plizzel from negligence, active or otherwise, of Plizzel, its agents or employees. It is intended and expressly agreed that the purpose of the preceding provisions are to set an upper limit to the amount recoverable by subscriber and to fix liability of Plizzel at a specific sum not to exceed the fees paid to Plizzel for the prior twelve, three or one month(s) of service, whichever is applicable.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement and any additional Operating Rules or Requirements published by Plizzel from time to time constitute the entire and only agreement between Plizzel and Subscriber (including Subscriber’s designated users) with respect to the Software and Service. This Agreement supersedes all other communications and agreements with regard to the subject

matter hereof. Upon notice published over the web sites, Plizzel may modify this Agreement, the Operating Rules or Requirements or prices, and may discontinue or revise any or all other aspects of the Service at its sole discretion and without advance notice. Plizzel Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)

Q - Why are players of the Plizzel Game required to play after they start the game?

A - Actually, they are not required to play. But, because this is a life skill game, like life, if you don’t participate you can’t win. We give small Slacker Bump penalties along with reminders to players that neglect their chosen Plizzel Matrix.

Q - Can I still play Plizzel?

A - Yes! Once you become a Plizzel player your account stays open even if there is a zero balance. You never go in the whole as long as you maintain your Plizzel Game Software.

Q - What does Plizzel charge to stay in the game?

A - Only your monthly subscription fee depending on which Plizzel Matrix you have chosen.

Q - Can I set up my own Plizzel Matrix, with my own rules and payout structure?

A - Yes! We will encourage you to do that once you have reached the “Grand Master” level and we will give you full support in developing your personalized Plizzel Matrix through forums and chat rooms on the Plizzel Browser and web sites.

Q - Is it legal for me to play Plizzel anywhere?

A - As of now, yes! But beware of anything the government does in the future. They love sticking their nose in everyone’s business, especially if they aren’t using government help. Just pay all your taxes and maybe they will leave us alone. If they don’t, at least we will have an educated group to fight back with should something come along to harm us.

Q - Can Plizzel improve my odds of winning?

A - Every step of the way in the game is a lesson to show you how to win as quickly as possible. This is our main purpose in the game’s design.

Q - How can I make money building a business while building my team of players at the same time?

A - Every Player using the Plizzel Management Software (PMS) has the option to become an Independent Marketing Representative (IMR) by choosing a Plizzel Matrix in the upper Plizzel Matrix level. Each IMR receives a more feature-rich version of the PMS application, while also gaining access to important online marketing tools to assist with growing their business and increasing the number of players in their Matrix. For example in the $25 Matrix a $5.00 ongoing commission is paid for each personal subscription enrolled by an IMR. Each IMR can qualify for management override bonuses paid through seven Levels of players who join their Plizzel Matrix. The commissions and override bonuses are paid for each play period a Player or IMR renews the PMS subscription. Plizzel is the smart way to play and use your weisure time properly.

Q -Nobody referred me to Plizzel. I found your site while surfing the internet. If I play, who shares in the override bonuses?

Page 121: Plizzel Manual

A - There is a part of the game that is a little like a lottery. The Players choose a Whimster when first becoming a Player or IMR. The winning Whimster group will be assigned this type of player and then some questions will be sent to this group until a winner is determined by their answers. The new Player is then placed in the Matrix at this point.

Q - What is a Direct Referral Line, and how does it affect my share of winning?

A - The Direct Referral line is when a Player or IMR markets a product or service outside any of the Plizzel Matrixes without that person or company becoming a Player or IMR in the Plizzel Games. The winnings or commissions will be added to your Plizzel account and not shared with your up line or down line. It will count for your overall total.

Q - How and when do I receive the products or service I purchased?

A - Each product or service will have posted terms and conditions to review before you commit to any action.

Q - Why does it take time for my selections to become active?

A - Some selections are immediate and others are determined by market, shipping or technical matters. Plizzel will maintain both a tracking system and help section on the Plizzel Browser and the Web Sites.

Q - Can I join by mail or phone?

A - Yes, if you set up an account with Plizzel? This information will be on the Plizzel Browser and the Plizzel web sites.

Q - Are product and services available on a subscription basis?

A - Everything we do in the Plizzel Matrixes is available on a subscription basis and Players and IMR’s are encouraged to take advantage of this service.

Q - Does Plizzel market products or services directly through the company?

A - No! Our only product is our software for Players and IMR’s.

Q - I want to play in more than one Matrix. Can I do that?

A - Yes! In fact, that is the point of the whole Plizzel Game. Master all of the Matrixes and you will have solved most of your individual financial problems forever.

Q - Why does Plizzel impose a $25 per month licensing fee for each Matrix?

A - This fee covers the leveraging Matrix for each situation. Most of it is passed on to the Players and IMR’s.

Q - What is the refund policy for Plizzel?

A - Plizzel is committed to exceptional customer services in all of our dealings. Should a subscriber to the Plizzel Management Software desire to cancel their service and receive a refund, the user first submits a writtennotification. They are eligible for a 100% refund of the latest month’s subscription cost. Only the cost ofgoods or services will not be available for a full refund.

Page 122: Plizzel Manual

Q - As an Independent Marketing Representative (IMR) do I receive a check each month for the commissions and override bonuses due me?

A- All IMRs must utilize a third-party financial services company, PayPal or any other financial service company contracted with Plizzel for the electronic transfer of any winnings, commissions or override bonuses due to them.

Q - Is there any charge for the International Payout Systems services?

A - Yes, there are monthly “banking” fee for the IPS services.

Q - When are winnings, commissions or override bonuses paid?

A - Winnings, commissions and override bonuses earned are calculated on the last Monday of each month. At that time, all funds are transferred into an IMR’s v-Wallet. An Independent Marketing Representative (IMR) can request funds, at any time. Plizzel pays Withdrawal Requests on the first or third Monday of each month. If any of the above days fall on a recognized holiday, requests for payouts will be processed on the following business day.

Q - What about children’s policy?

A - Everything negative concerning children is separated clearly and requires an adult registration. See the Plizzel Privacy Policy on the site for the details. You can still play but only in sections that are appropriate. We are very careful. In fact educational about the content. The Plizzel Privacy Policy is available for you when you play. We are hoping to attract young players. Slacker Bumps penalize and train young players if they try to access any information not appropriate for their age. See the Plizzel Privacy Policy.

Q - Is there a registration requirement with Plizzel?

A - Yes! Both Players and IMR’s are required to registered because of financial disclosure laws that you and Plizzel must comply with to stay out of legal trouble. These disclosures are just the basics and we make sure your information is safe. You should read the Plizzel Privacy Policy on the site if you are concerned. Go to the site and download or just read the Plizzel Privacy Policy if you are concerned. You’ll see your information is safe.

Q - How does Plizzel use my personal information?

A - By knowing a little about you, Plizzel is able to deliver more relevant content and a better service to you. Only Plizzel and your chosen Matrix Provider has access to individuals’ accounts. Telephone numbers and e-mail addresses will only be used to contact you regarding winning something in the game or contest or to notify you of personal account information or deliveries by Matrix Providers.

Q - I don’t understand the Plizzel Matrix. Can you explain it to me?

A - Each Matrix is different but basically it is the amount of reward or “Plash” won in the game by bringing in new players and IMR’s. If you are in either the Upper Matrix or Lower Matrix you have amounts that you receive based on your finding and training other game players and IMR’s. (Independent Marketing Representatives). You get credit for bringing in others according to the design of the Matrix.

Q - What about these adult and gambling Matrixes. Do I have to use them?

Page 123: Plizzel Manual

A - No! These can cause you to have Slacker Bumps. These are penalty payments in Plash. You would rather go to other Plizzel Matrixes, right? But some people are doing this anyway and this is just a better way of dealing with their addiction. They are just there as examples of Negative Capitalism. The point of Plizzel is to use Positive Capitalism to win.

Q - I don’t want to sell pens. Can I still play Plizzel?

A - Of course. Just pick a Matrix that you feel you can handle. In fact, let them pick what they want. You aren’t selling pens. You are only introducing people to the Matrix. It’s their job to pick the Matrix that is best for them. You need to play Plizzel anyway you want to win. We can only give you options. Just get a copy of the Plizzel manual and it will help you win.

Q - Is there anything special I should know before I start playing Plizzel?

A - Just basic computer skills will get you through the game. It would be good if you know about business methods. If you can, start out as an IMR+. You’ll see what that is on the web site.

Q - What are the technical requirement to play Plizzel?

A - You need either a computer, a phone, a PDA or any way to hook up to the Internet. That’s all you need. Any Internet Device.

Q - How do I play Plizzel?

A - Just become a player and a big part of the game is teaching you how to play Plizzel.

Link multiple bank and prepaid card accounts to your primary eWallet Transfer your commission payout/payroll to other linked bank accounts, including the ability to ACH or Wire transfer funds domestically, or wire transfer funds to your bank account outside the U.S. (strict ID)

Write a check or multiple checks: to yourself; to pay bills; or to anyone else

Instantly send money to anyone having an eWallet using their email address and instantly receive money from other eWallet Holders

Transfer funds to or between Prepaid Cards (VISA or MasterCard), cards that can be used at millions of Retail and ATM locations worldwide

Review transaction history/activity 24/7 in password-protected statements

IMPORTANT NOTE: No prepaid or ATM card of any type is needed to access the funds in your eWallet. Money in your eWallet can be transferred to your own bank account(s) anywhere in the world, or you can have a check written to you (or to others you may designate) to receive your funds.

However, we do provide you with an additional option to purchase one or more International Prepaid Cards (Visa or MasterCard) that will give you even more flexibility to move your funds, share money with family members and/or spend your earnings anywhere in the world.

This optional Prepaid Card will have an additional and separate purchase cost, its own monthly fee as well as separate usage charges that depend upon the type of transaction and where in the world that transaction takes place. See the Terms and Conditions of the Prepaid Card offered for more information on fees and costs.

Once again, this Prepaid Cad is NOT needed to transfer funds to your bank account(s).

Getting Started After entering your confidential User Name and Password, you will enter into the Account Overview page. This page gives you a summary of your eWallet and all other bank accounts, Transfer Pals and Prepaid cards you have linked to your eWallet.

Entering your eWallet Overview Page also provides:

1) Current balances of all your linked accounts

2) Access to transaction histories for all linked accounts

3) Place to start a funds transfer transaction

4) Place to Edit the information about your accounts

5) Place to add new prepaid cards to your account

6) Place to set up a Recurring Transfer

7) A log of Pending Transactions

eWALLETAn eWallet account can do the fol lowing:

Page 134: Plizzel Manual

8) A log of Failed Transactions

9) History of checks you have written

This page may also display Administrative Messages and has an 800 number to call if you are having problems. A Menu on the upper side of that page gives you an access to several other features. As more features are added to the eWallet system, they will appear as additional menu items. Keep an eye out for new options!

Things YOU must doFirst, click on “My Profile” in the left side menu and verify or change all the information about you that is listed. If there are blanks or errors, make the appropriate changes to correct this page as this profile is used to identify you and to fill out other pages in your eWallet.

If you are an individual, make sure you enter your Social Security Number, or if you are located outside the U.S. , you must enter a government issued ID number. If you are enrolled as a company with a Federal Tax ID number, enter the name of the Company and your Tax ID number in the places provided. A faxed copy of the ID used may be requested.

Using the many features of your eWallet After setting up your own personal Profile, you MUST provide information on either a bank account to transfer money to, or a person to write a check to in order to use the funds that have been deposited into your eWallet. This is REQUIRED to allow you to access and use your funds.

If you plan to transfer some or all of your funds to a bank account (or multiple bank accounts), you must provide the appropriate bank routing and specific bank information requested.

Please Note:

Wiring Funds is different then ACH’ing Funds. Your bank(s) will provide you with the appropriate routing numbers for each type of transaction.

To ACH funds (a lower cost money transfer option, but only available in the U.S. ), the routing number is usually located on the bottom of your bank account check along with your account number. ACH is less costly transfer option, but can take up to 3 days to reach your bank account.

If you plan to Wire funds either domestically or abroad, you must ask your bank for “Wiring instructions” and put the numbers they give you into your IPS eAccount where they are required. Wiring costs more then an ACH, but usually provides you with your funds within 24 hours.

If you plan for the IPS System to write a check (or multiple checks) from your eWallet, you must fill out the information required on the person or company you want to write a check to, whether that is to yourself or whoever else you designate.

Please Note: Whenever you provide us with requested information, eWallet remembers the last information you entered and that will be the pre-filled out selection for future transactions and only the amount you want to transfer will be required at that time.

If you have applied for, received and activated the optional Prepaid Card(s) following the directions provided with your Prepaid Card, this Prepaid Card information can now be added to your eWallet and then you will be able to move funds from the eWallet to one or more of these Prepaid Cards (some restrictions apply).

As with any other online business SPAMMING will not be tolerated. SPAMMING is

punishable by law, and is also cause for COMPLETE TERMINATION from 2plus7.

What is spam?Spam is flooding the Internet with many copies of the same message, in an attempt to

force the message on people who would not otherwise choose to receive it. Most spam is

commercial advertising, often for dubious products, get-rich-quick schemes, or quasi-legal

services. Spam costs the sender very little to send -- most of the costs are paid for by the

recipient or the carriers rather than by the sender.

There are two main types of spam, and they have different effects on Internet users.

Cancellable Usenet spam is a single message sent to 20 or more Usenet newsgroups.

(Through long experience, Usenet users have found that any message posted to so many

newsgroups is often not relevant to most or all of them.) Usenet spam is aimed at "lurkers",

people who read newsgroups but rarely or never post and give their address away. Usenet

spam robs users of the utility of the newsgroups by overwhelming them with a barrage of

advertising or other irrelevant posts. Furthermore, Usenet spam subverts the ability of system

administrators and owners to manage the topics they accept on their systems.

Email spam targets individual users with direct mail messages. Email spam lists are often

created by scanning Usenet postings, stealing Internet mailing lists, or searching the Web for

addresses. Email spams typically cost users money out-of-pocket to receive. Many people -

anyone with measured phone service - read or receive their mail while the meter is running,

so to speak. Spam costs them additional money. On top of that, it costs money for ISPs and

online services to transmit spam, and these costs are transmitted directly to subscribers.

One particularly nasty variant of email spam is sending spam to mailing lists (public or private

email discussion forums.) Because many mailing lists limit activity to their subscribers,

spammers will use automated tools to subscribe to as many mailing lists as possible, so that

they can grab the lists of addresses, or use the mailing list as a direct target for their attacks.
