Market Square is a new residential development in the Queen Village section of Philadelphia. There are a total of 18 townhouses on the site bound-ed by 8th, Christian and Montrose Streets. Each townhome is three stories with a partial base-ment. A common drive through the development provides access to the rear garages of each town-home. Brick, cast stone, composite panels and stucco make up the exterior finishes of the units.


880-886 Lawrence Street Philadelphia, PA

880-886 Lawrence Street is the development of 4 townhomes on an irregular shaped lot bounded by Lawrence, Poplar and Myrtle Street in the North-ern Liberties section of Philadelphia. Although unique in size and configuration, each townhome is three stories with a full basement. A common drive along the back of the properties will provide access to off-street parking for each of the units. The combination of brick, aluminum and fiber ce-ment panels, and cement stucco at the exterior offer a contemporary look to the townhouses.

Each townhome is four sto-ries, with 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a partial base-ment and garage. Brick, cast stone, fiber cement panels and an aluminum mansard roof make up the exterior finishes for each unit.

Queen’s Walk is a new residential development in the Queen Village section of Philadelphia. There are a total of 16 townhouses on the site bounded by 5th and Montrose Street.
