i. 1% TDS to be deducted by the Buyer – Lodha Group Sales Team will be able to guide further in this respect at the time of Booking.
ii. Lock In Period Till Possession; you cannot sell the flat before Possession
iii. Please review the formal Cost sheet for the Additional Expenses towards Club House, Infrastructure and other legal charges.
