2. What IS Listing Syndication?
Real estate listing syndication is the process of getting a listing's information displayed on other sites around the Internet. This can be a manual task, but is more effective if somehow done with an automated process.

4. Listing Exposure Statement
Your listing presentations should now include a Listing Exposure statement.
Sellers want to know where their listings are being marketed online.
Agents need to know where consumers are viewing listing information.
5. How Does Syndication Work?
Listing entered or changed MLS
Listing syndicator picks up the information
Buyers find the listings when searching online!
Listings appear online on syndicated channels
6. Where Do the Listings Go?
7. Syndicate And.?
There will be 2 types of AGENT ACTIONS:
Those who SYNDICATE AND FORGET IT
Those who SYNDICATE AND FOLLOW IT
8. Why Syndicate and Follow?
Just syndicating and nothing more - pushing a listing out all over the place and assuming that the phone is going to ring . . .and then if it does, assuming that it rang because of that syndication based exposure . . . is sort of like firing a rifle into the sky and waiting for dinner to fall onto your plate.

13. Syndication Isnt Perfect
Your email address is what tags YOU to your listing.
Email address must be the same across all feed channels.
Missing data can cause a syndicator and/or a third party to reject the listing.
Some third parties dont pick up the feed as often as others.
14. 15. Basic Steps to Take
Make sure your email address is the same across ALL syndication channels, your brokerage and MLS.
