  • Next steps - Process (upon successful application) o 1 You issue a statement of interest with your CV via email o 2 We issue application form to you o 3 We review the application form and issue DISC profile o 4 You submit your DISC profile document o 5 Skype Interview with you, Optimise Owner and Area BDM (30-45 minutes) o 6 You attend a monthly BDM meeting o 7 We appoint you as regional BDM with a contract of terms
