• Once, X and a friend decided to test the Unites States Patent Office by submitting a patent application for Kirchoff’s Current Law. Sure enough, the patent was granted.

• Their intention was to confirm their suspicion that the Office could not handle and process patents in the field of electronics. Also, to point out that if it couldn’t understand electricity so many years after it was first discovered, how could it possibly be expected to understand software in the coming decades?

#6• Once upon a time there was a director (X)

who apparently picked up the wrong chick at some Hollywood party. Beejoli Shah, an aspiring screenwriter, sent an e-mail to 15 of her friends claiming that she made out with X and that he did Y while masturbating.

• The e-mail immediately became viral as the director is well known for having a fetish for _______ scenes in his movies, almost all of which have one.

• Who was X and what did he do (Y) ?

#8• Bernhard "Bert“ Trautmann was a star goalkeeper at Manchester

City, having played more than 500 times for City before his retirement in 1964.

• In the 1956 FA Cup Final against Birmingham City, he made a diving save at the feet of a Birmingham forward and in the collision, a bone was broken in his neck. There were no substitutes in English football at that time (not allowed until 1968 FA Cup) and he knew that if he retired from the match, an outfield player would have to take his place in goal and it could cost his team the match. He carried on although in enormous pain; and at great risk to himself of possibly making his injury worse and maybe even suffering paralysis as a result, he carried on. Manchester City went on to win the match 3-1. Trautmann made a full recovery.

• A statue stands at the City of Manchester stadium in his honour.

• How was Trautmann scouted, the only such instance in top-division English football?

• He was a German PoW in World War II and he was spotted while playing in goal by his captors in the PoW camp where he was incarcerated. When the war ended, he was offered the chance to remain in England and play for Manchester City.

• This is an advertisement in 1920 called “Underground to Anywhere” for an International Exhibition in Advertising. It consists of many iconic print ad characters, some of which, though modified, are still in use today. One can easily distinguish the Michelin Man and Kodak Girl. ID the guy in red, wearing a hat.

1924 in Metzingen, a small town south of Stuttgart, where it is still based. In 1931 he became a member of the Nazi party. He later stated himself that he had joined the party because of their promise to end unemployment and because he felt "temporarily" withdrawn from the Lutheran church.

• Though X claimed in a 1934/1935 advertising he had been a “supplier for Nazi uniforms since 1924”, such supplies are probable since 1928/1929 and certain since 1934, when he became the official supplier of uniforms to most party organisations.
