FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE FOURTH ANNUAL LATINO FASHION WEEK ANNOUNCES EVENT LINE-UP, CELEBRITY GUEST APPEARANCES AND NEW GROUND-BREAKING PARTNERSHIP CHICAGO, IL – November 8, 2010 - Latino Fashion Week (LFW) is proud to present its fourth annual production of the only full week in the United States completely dedicated to Latino fashion. Latino designers from around the globe will be showcasing their creations during the unparalleled celebration, taking place November 8-15. Many have expressed their support for the LFW fashion movement that is full of events, fashion and glamour, including The Old Town Merchants & Residents Association who has partnered with Latino Fashion Week in their first co-sponsored event together. Last week, Latino Fashion Week Co-Executive Producers, Arabel Alva Rosales, J.D. and Cesar Rolon Jr., announced that they signed an agreement with the International Association of Latino Fashion Weeks, making LFW the official host for the U.S. chapter of the Association. With this ground-breaking agreement, Chicago will serve as the official portal for local and international Latino designers to showcase their designs in the United States. This year’s production will also feature many celebrities, including Latin American model and actor, Paulo Quevedo, and former Miss Panama, Patricia de León, both of whom will serve as emcees for select events throughout the week. America’s Next Top Model Season 8 Winner, Jaslene Gonzalez, Grammy Award-winning recording artist, Colby O’Donis, and actor in Billy Elliot the Musical, Cesar Corrales, among others, will also make guest appearances during the week. In addition to fashion shows by some of the industry’s rising and established designers on a local, national and international level, other scheduled events include a documentary on the infamous Celia Cruz, a student designer competition, two days of fun-filled shopping, a Fashion Ball and an event dedicated to teens. Celebrate the life of a performer who brought the sounds of salsa to the whole world at AMC Pipers Alley. November 10 th , 2010 Students display their most Fashion Forward to 2060 designs for Wednesday’s futuristic Student Designer Competition at the Chicago Center for the Performing Arts. - more-

CHICAGO, IL – November 8, 2010 - Latino Fashion Week (LFW) is proud to present its fourth annual production of the only full week in the United States completely dedicated to Latino fashion. November 13-14th, 2010• Enjoy a pre-holiday shopping extravaganza at Saturday and Sunday’s Fashion Sense, Pop-up Store.

The event boasts a wide array of premier clothing, accessories, makeup and makeover specials in all price ranges at Trattoria Roma Restaurant. As part of a Fashion Run that will take place with boutiques in the Old Town Area, fashion models will also do some informal modeling at select boutiques.

November 15th, 2010• This fun event is the perfect opportunity for designers to meet local boutique owners for a one-to-one, 8- to 10-

minute meet and greet in an intimate and casual setting at Trattoria Roma Restaurant.
