Acquisition metrics?

• Where from exactly are your users? (this one might help you to tailor made your app for the best users)

• How do your users find the app? (which ways of getting followersworks best for you?)

• How many downloads do they make up for? (well, this one doesn’tneed explanation )

Engagement metrics

• How many active users do you have? (Active. Not „download&delete” ones)

• How much time do they spend with your app? ( Well, let’s find howmany of them are just one-minute users?)

• How many problems do they have? (Number of crashes, bugs etc.)

Retention Metrics

• What is retention rate of your mobile app? (% of users, that havestood with you and your app for a longer periods of time)

• Life Time Value (Number based on the amount of loyal users)

Quality metrics

• Users feedback (Let people speak and don’t underestimate it)

• App Store and Google Play reviews (same as below, treat seriouslyyour reviews or no one will come back to your apps)

• Number of app crashes ( Yeah, indeed...)

Behavior metrics

• What devices do your clients use? (Technical stuff is also useful for marketing, don’t forget it)

• What do they actually do whilst using your app? (It might be scarysometimes, but also helpful)

• What’s the exact usage time of your app? (Another number)

Well, you have already used all those metrics, estimated the level of your app’s success and… what now?

Make adjustments and start over with all metrics, that’s the only wayto achieve longlasting success.
