What is a smartphone ?A smartphone is a phone that is used mostly like a computer. We can use the internet, take photos or videos and listen to music. Nowadays, smartphones are helpful to book travels, trains, or even to pay for shopping at the supermarket.
What is a Mobile Guest Service ?The Mobile Guest Service is a tool for hotels to be more qualitative for guests. Guests are using an app to order a drink, or to book a service from the concierge. It is easier for them and they don’t have to move to the reception. The mobile app is an intermediary between the hotel and the client.
