According to recently released report by TechSci Research "India Water Purifier Market Forecast & Opportunities, 2019" the water purifiers market in India is dominated by Reverse osmosis (RO) water purifiers due to high TDS (total dissolved solid) level of water across majority of the states coupled with strong purification capability of RO technology for high TDS water purification.

Eureka Forbes has launched a pan-India mass awareness campaign to educate consumers about the impact of water contamination through its Aquaguard Water Test Kits.T he Eureka Forbes salesperson specialist, also known as Eurochamp will be reaching out to consumers to test their water quality and share a report card, and distribute these Aquaguard Water Test Kits free of cost.

Eureka Forbes has introduced the world’s first and only water purifier with patented MAT (Mineral Absorption Technology), Aquaguard Magna, as part of its Aquaguard World Series Range. Its unique, cutting-edge Magnetron Technology actually breaks down clusters of water molecules to make the water more “Bio-available”.

Aquaguard Worst service in AMC! Customer service people chased me by calling multiple times and ensured for the AMC renewal and I paid around Rs.4500 in the beginning of this month. After the service, the guy told to use the water after flushing out 2 times and use it. Even after 5-6 times flushing out the water, it is not good to drink(salty) and I tried multiple times calling the customer care to rectify the issue, no one has turned up still(almost 3 weeks over now).

With innumerable attempts to the customer care I am yet to have my purifier serviced yet. With repeated calls the response I got from eureka Forbes was that it has to do with regional agencies. When I requested for a change of the agency to the next available agency near my locality they responded it wasn't possible. It's been close to a year since I got the UV+ RO model. I still have 2 free services pending but I have been waiting for 3 long months and yet no response. Extremely worst after sales service.

I bought Eureka Forbes Enhance UV product for water purification at home at the end of year 2012. It has not completed 2 years yet. But issues started with the service of this model like the circuit board became damaged with no water loading. Thanks to AMC that I raised service requests for this lodging a complaint. Each time the engineer/techinician came, he made a quick fix of the issue and made calls resolved. Likewise, it continued for 1 and half months. But the issue is not gone perenially. It keeps coming up and the reason is due to lack of proper knowledge to fix the complex circuit of the machine. Adding to the woes, the technicians introduced a new defect during each time visiting for which I needed to lodge complaint again and again.

Livpure Report Snap Shot Adverse Response

I am a user and I just bought a Livpure's RO water purifier. I must say I am pretty satisfied with the purifier. I live in west delhi where water is not pure and I must say it has been pretty useful to me. Due to the Livepure water RO purifier I can get pure water that I know would be upto the international standards.

Beneficial Response

I had purchased a water purifier (envy+) at Rs.17000/-. 4 days back. But so far no serviceman has come to install it even after repeated reminders to their customer care. If this is the situation, i worry about their response if the product gets failed to perform and requires attention.

Hi I am Karan form Meerut(Uttar Pradesh), I had purchased a pureit 15 days back from retail outlet in the market.Today morning I found there is some leakage from pureit then I lodge a complaint in the call centre as asked by the retailer & the call centre person assured me that someone will resolve the same within 72 hours. But to my surprise,within 5 hours the servicerepresentative came to my place & resolved the concern same day.

I purchased a Pureit Marvella RO(10 litres) around 3 months ago. Since then it has given me multiple problems. Yesterday morning the device started leaking. I logged a complaint and the customer care lady assured me that she will send somebody within 3 to 4 hours. I waited for the entire day, but nobody came. I am trying to call the technician whose number I got as SMS, but he is not answering the call. When I called up the customer care again today, I was told that today being Sunday, no technician is available. My kitchen is flooded with water and I am not able to drink water. It is very inconvenient for me.

I have bought lakme eyeconic kajal in a shop named XYZ, SAGAR. KARNATAKA. The retailer is selling fake kajal named eyesonic under ur brand name, lakme. But the outer cover has been labelled as eyeconic. people are indulging in fake labelling. when I asked the retailer for repayment, he refused. Then i asked for replacement. He was very stubborn and putting the blame on the dealers and the company. so kindly take necessary steps to prevent this activity...

We brought pure it marvella uv. In dec 2013. This is is a genuine review. Company claim 15 day advance alert. Actual it give us 15hours alert . Company claim 3000litter pure water which run abt 6months. It run for me only 70 days use for us is 10 to 15 litter per day not Expected I don't want to say anything . You can see what pure water we are drinking. See the pics, this is pure water after three stage filter. You don't get the service, more than 3-4 times.Three stages filter is nothing but 1) carbon filter 2) uv bulb 3) only company knows.

Tata Global Beverages (TGBL) and Hindustan Unilever both are working on various programmes alongwith Tea board to improve sustainability of tea cultivation and production. Tata Group's companies working on the project Sustainable Plant Protection Formulation (SPPF) to develop the ecological solutions for plant protection in tea. The project is an initiative between three group companies Tata Chemicals, Tata Global Beverages and Rallis, according to a statement released today.

The Tata group has joined hands with Japanese electronics giant Panasonic to develop a compact water purification system suitable for Indian conditions, to tap into a fast-growing market, media reports said.Panasonic is reported to have already developed a prototype device that can detoxify harmful substances in groundwater, making it potentially safe to drink, Japanese business daily Nikkei said.

The Rs 1,687-crore subsidy burden that Tata Chemicals has on its books, is going to impact its short-term growth plans and stagnation of its fertiliser production capacity at the present level. The outstanding subsidy amount has accrued over a period of two and half years, but the bulk of it is from February 2014. This huge outstanding is stressing the company’s working capital cycle and adversely impacting the interest costs, according to R Mukundan, managing director, Tata Chemicals Ltd (TCL)
