Even if we can’t trust it happens within 1 hour, at least we can be happy that the bulk of searches culminate in sales within single sessions using the mobile. Conversion is 3 times more when people use mobiles! This is compared to the use of desktops or laptops. This is a really important statistic showing that more and more brands need to worry less and less about usual rules. Smartphone users spend 2 hours per day on their phones! Poorly responsive websites have ample time to create not just frustration but actual disgust. Sites that are mobile friendly will become favourite haunts. 19% of companies now claim they have responsive sites! Not all of them serve all devices, though. Some are skewed towards tablets and some are skewed towards mobiles. But the effort to make sites responsive is growing. Each mobile search is seen to trigger at least two actions! This suggests that if scrolling or zooming is counted as one action, then marketers can hope that the second action would be a response to a Call-To-Action.
