Burberry

Ambient Window displays, store exterior and interior were clean, neat and

very organised with a Christmas atmosphere. The decoration inside the store and in the main display reminds the

Christmas time.

The toys dressed with sophisticated clothes on the display and in the main window represent the brand's costumer.

The clothes were separated by ranges and colours.

Plasma screens with My Burberry teaser and watches kiosks were available on the store.

Ambient The music was appropriated but with a very eclectic soundtrack.

There was no specific smell in the store but they sprayed My burberry on the perfumes section.

Treatment We received a sympathetic greeting from all the employees and

as soon as we entered the store they approached us.

The employees weren't dressing clothes from the store, only elegant suitcases.

Shopping experience As we entered in the shoes section we were immediately

assisted by the seller.

One of us asked for a size twice bigger and she called an assistant to verify if it was available.

The seller was dedicated and helpful all the time we were there.
