American menswear designers, along with wearable technology companies have been challenged to find a platform to cultivate both interest. Blueprint Brand Generations (BBG) is redefining fashion with a two menswear lifestyle presentations Grand Seigneur and Dope ILL Phresh { D.I.P.} leading to New York City’s very first Janus Geminus Menswear Technology Show.

The goal of Janus Geminus is to immerse fashion and technology into one symbiotic creative stage for brands of two different evolving cultures to engage. Bridging the gap with classic menswear looks of the past that are captured in current trends and merged with amazing sleek new designs of wearable technology paving the way of creativity for the newest generation of fashion.

LET US WORK TOGETHER

August 12th and August 13th we will be providing two signature lifestyle events combining two emerging cultures, menswear and wearable technology. The first day will feature the Grand Seigneur gentleman’s suite and the next day the Dope ILL Phresh (D.I.P.) streetwear presentation, both will be held at one of New York City’s most exclusive digital art spaces, Lightbox located at 339 West 38th street, Manhattan, NY 10018. These events will be a precursor to our premiere event Janus Geminus Menswear Tech Show in the fall of 2014 which will be held at one of New York City’s NEW premiere venues, Metropolitan West located at 639 West 46th street, Manhattan, NY, 10036.

Mission:Creating a lifestyle platform and solution for two evolving cultures, menswear and wearable technology, to eventually create the next evolution of fashion and technology.

Focus: Success is where opportunity meets execution. Recently the surge of popularity in Men’s wear has created sort of fashion renaissance. Janus Geminus provides a solution to the gap between interest ,creation and exhibition for the latest in technology and in men’s styles. Janus Geminus Menswear Tech show was designed to create a platform that will focus on the most abstract to the most masculine trends in Men’s Wear.

There are so many creative nuances in men’s fashion as well as wearable technology we feel the combination of both needed to be further explored. According to “Wired.Co.UK” wearable technology has the potential to meet $50 billion over the next several years, but the need for it to be affordable and merge with the fashion industry is contingent for this growth to happen. Janus Geminus Menswear Tech Show is providing the gateway for this growth as fashion brands continue to develop and wearable technology brands become more advanced.

1. Registered booths must be pre-approved by BBG at least two weeks prior to show, if the booth is enhanced without permission there will be $250.00 additional fee. Display fixtures also need to be pre-approved at least one week prior or fee will apply. If exhibitor violates agreement and refuses to pay additional fee this may lead to removal from the event and any fees accrued by exhibitor in relation to participating with the event will not be refunded.

2. All items displayed by exhibitors must fit in booth provided, you absolutely can not merchandise outside of space assigned to you.

3. Booths can not be any taller than 6 feet.

4. Garments must be displayed on racks, shelves or tables.

5. Exhibitors may NOT stick anything to booth and venue walls. Damage to booth walls will result in a $150.00 fee or more. Damage to venue walls will result in a fee applied by venue management.

6. No personal Music or TV’s allowed. [TV’s can be provided by BBG per request with additional fees]

D i s p l a y S p a c e R u l e s7. No promotional models of any kind. [Models can be provided by BBG per request additional fees.]

8. Be sure when you fill out your event package to check it thoroughly, any changes after the time you sign your package deals, can result in accruing fees depending on size of the booth.

9. You may have ONE item that needs electricity [additional outlets can be purchased], provided it makes no noise. You may NOT plug a power strip into any outlet provided.

Exhibitor Standards Below: numbers 10-17

10. BBG, has the authority to remove exhibitors from the show, if they do not meet BBG standards of cleanliness and tidiness.

11. Must respect and not disrupt visitors, attendees and exhibitors. No loud noises, vibrations, or smells that would significantly impact exhibitor and visitor experience

12. If exhibitor happens to violate these standards they will be immediately asked to comply to BBG standards in order to respect fellow exhibitor

13. failure to comply will cause immediate removal from venue no refunds to exhibitor who breaks rules, and BBG will NOT be held liable for any financial expense made towards participating in this event.

14. No Alcohol or outside food or beverage can be brought into the venue

15. Only pets that are allowed are service pets, animals will not be allowed in the building venue.

16. Janus Geminus Events are safe and advocates growth for businesses. Physical fighting or verbal abusive altercations are prohibited and can result in immediate removal from the event and can be subjected to prosecution under New York State Law. [No refunds will be given to all parties involved in physical/ verbal altercations] Also will be permanently banned from participating and or attending anymore events

17. Janus Geminus Menswear Tech Show is a fun, safe, secure environment, but exhibitors are responsible for their property that is being displayed at the event, any missing or lost product, BBG will not be held liable for any items missing by exhibitor.

Janus Geminus Show Attendee Rules:

Once exhibitors have registered booth for the event, a list of all members attending the event associated with your business needs to finalized at least one week prior to event. Individuals who are affiliated with your company, who are not included on your final list, will be subject to $75.00 on-site entry fee.

Regular attendees who register but are not exhibiting at the show who are not from a credible media source and or buyer will pay a fee $150.00 per person.

First Class Vendor $12,000 Deposit $6,000

Lightbox Venue Package:

• Your brand paired with wearable technology company.

• Logo placed on Blueprint Brand Generations website.

• Video presentation during cocktail hour [2-4 minutes]

Video presentation options: a) BBG will shoot and edit 2-4 minute marketing video [With 3 revisions]

or b) We will display footage already provided by your brand, video can be no longer then 2-4min.

• Promotional items placed in swag bag.

• Edited DVD of the event.

• Logo placement on all promotional materials.

• Inclusion in all press releases.

• Five all Access passes to upstairs lounge accompanied catered by waitstaff.

• Unlimited guest list [See package details]Exclusive Interview in upstairs lounge area.

Metropolitan West Package:

Includes all of the above plus the following:

• Running ad on Blueprint Brand Generations website from summer until the fall event.

• Ten front row tickets for the fashion show.

• Unlimited guestlist [See package details]

• 10x20 Sqft Booth.

Retail and Buyer List:

BBG, would like to inform Exhibitor participants, that Janus Geminus is a platform for Brands to build and grow their business. So all brands must do their due diligence in in sending an invitation to buyers in their account list, if brands would like us to contact buyers on their behalf, they need to provide us with their account list and we will be happy to do so. Account list needs to be provided 4 weeks prior to event, in order for us to contact buyers on exhibitors behalf. Contact: consist of email, phone number, and location and name of business. List will be considered confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of the BBG team.

Shipping:

If items are being shipped please coordinate with us, and we will coordinate with venue and depending on size of items that determine your cost for storage.

Exhibitor Registration :

Exhibitors must register no later than 3 weeks prior to the event. Registration post three weeks are subject to additional fees based on availability of space.

Models:

Designers if you need models for the fashion show we will have auditions for models, models need to have portfolio in order to participate in runway show. If you have your own models you may provide them or if you would like us to recruit models, you need to let us know at least 3 weeks prior to the event date. Models will be financially compensated by designers and not by BBG.
