An introduction to mobile web pages
A mobile web page is a page that can be viewed on the browser of a mobile phone. It renders correctly on the small screen of a mobile phone and requires no scrolling across or zooming in. This is the same concept as a mobile web site, which is a mobile optimised version of a website which a user will automatically be directed to when visiting the URL on a mobile phone. This concept has made mobile browsing user friendly and is constantly on the up. Create your own mobile web page or alternatively, we can create professional pages for you. The ever-growing number of smart phones being used all over the world means that mobile web is becoming a staple part of the way consumers make choices.

Adding custom fields
Custom fields allow you to enter individual information about the recipient to accurately personalise your mobile web page and make them more impactful. This works with any extra data you upload with the contact numbers so you can pull this information into the page. When uploading your phone numbers, you can add other columns of information; you simply have to make sure you give the columns the correct headings in excel.
Uploading data in the above format and using the tools mentioned in the previous page will allow you to design a mobile web page like below:

Sending your mobile web page To send your mobile web page, save your final version and come out of the mobile web page creator page by clicking ‘Send Text Messages’ on the top left of the navigation bar. You will need to follow the same steps as you would when sending a normal text message.
As normal, choose a group or individual contacts who you want to send your message to. Then select your sender name, a template if desired and then type out your text message. TIP: Remember that there is likely to be a proportion of recipients who do not a have an internet enabled phone and will not be able to click through to the link. So back up what your web page is about in the body of the text to avoid confusion and possible opt-outs.

You will have standard reporting for the text messages you send containing links to mobile web pages. You can find delivery reports for the SMS in your normal reports section in Messenger. In addition to this, you can view data of who has clicked on the link (providing you ticked the option above when inserting your link). This data will show the mobile phone number that clicked through, the device used and the time and date, enabling you to create targeted, relevant follow up text messages.
Reporting on your mobile web pages
You will be able to view stats for each mobile web page or short link and export the data into Excel which will display the rows of information like this: This gives in depth information about each recipient who opened the mobile web link in your message.
