If you’ve been following my presentations, you’ll know that leather requires a little TLC. !

This may be off putting to some, but a little effort goes a long way when it comes to revitalizing your leather shoes. !

Here are three simple tips for polishing and restoring the most common leather shoes:

F U L L G R A I N E D L E A T H E R

• When it comes to full grained leather, you have to invest in a polish

• Nothing else will bring back that shine like a good polish - - so be willing to make an upfront investment for better quality polish

• Get a cream polish that matches the leather color & gently buff into the shoe

B E E S W A X E D & O I L E D L E A T H E R

• Waxed/Oiled leather don’t actually require polish.

• But that doesn’t mean they don’t need protection -

Invest in lanolin based leather protector to reduce water damage

P A T E N T L E A T H E R

• That coveted patent leather shine does fade if you don’t maintain it

• When the leather starts to dim, purchase a silicon-based leather cleaner.

• Patent-Leather specific cleaner will bring back the gloss…full blast
