This upside down riverside cottage is hidden away down a quiet back street in Reedham but opens out through the back garden onto the main River Yare with wonderful marshland views. With the lounge on the first floor the views are breathtaking and perfect for all you wildlife watchers.  

 

Fishing is permitted from the garden in season. Reedham has good local amenities, the property is within walking distance from two local pubs both serving food. The village itself

Norfolk Broads Holiday Cottages has a fish and chip shop, railway station, local shop & Post Office, cafe & ice cream shop. Norwich is only a train ride away (or 17 miles by car) and Pettits for the children "There are rides galore for young children, family entertainment, exotic and domestic animals and birds to see as well as animals to feed and pet" is just on the other side of the village.  

Great Yarmouth and the infamous Golden Mile is also only a train or car journey away with lovely sandy beaches and plenty to do for the children.
