6/15 to 4/16 TD Industries
Construction Manager Special Projects, Ft. Worth Tx, Mechanical PM
My duties include but are not limited to, all day to day mechanical trade work and adherence to
schedules, review and approval of design documents and submittals, supervision of all phases of
mechanical trades, ie. HVAC, chilled water piping, all duct and air handling equipment, Plumbing,
Infrastructure, controls, TAB, grease hood ducting and testing. Full responsibility for all execution of such
work including code compliance, testing and coordination with other trades, day to day operations of all
field mechanical work and coordination and integration of these trades to facilitate needs and schedule,
evaluation of design changes and scope mods as they pertain to these areas, also for all close out
documentation and owner instructions as per our contract. Responsible for price checking MEP change
orders from subcontractors and budget estimates for same. Most of our projects were on NAS JRB Ft. Worth
and under USACE control. Had to use their QCS program for all QA/QC for all of my projects.
12\14 to 6/15 Gallo and Associates

My duties included but were not limited to, review and approval of design documents, supervision of all
phases of mechanical trades, ie. HVAC, chilled water piping, all duct and air handling equipment,
Plumbing, Electrical, Infrastructure, controls, TAB and Fire Sprinkler. Full responsibility for all execution of
such work including code compliance, testing and coordination with other trades, day to day operations of
all field MEP work, quality control, coordination and integration of these contractors to fit the overall
project needs. Also adherence to the schedule, evaluation of design changes and scope mods as they
pertain to these areas and for all close out documentation, owner instructions and quality of the project
as per our contract.
6\14 to 12\14…Layton/dck Pacific Hawaii JV
Kapi'olani Medical Center Honolulu, Hi. MEP Coordinator/Supt My duties included but were not limited to, all day to day inspection of MEP trade work and adherence to
schedules, review and approval of design documents, DFOW’s and submittals, supervision of all phases of
testing and documentation of mechanical trades. QA/QC of all HVAC, chilled water piping, all duct and air
handling equipment, Plumbing, Electrical, Infrastructure, controls, TAB, grease hood ducting and Fire
Sprinkler, including all initial, prep and follow up meetings. Full responsibility for all compliance of such work
including code compliance, testing and coordination with other trades, day to day observation of all field
MEP work, all site underground and drainage, compaction testing, asphalting the parking lot after such
work was complete, and coordination and integration of these tasks to meet DCK's needs and schedule,
evaluation of design changes and scope mods as they pertain to these areas, also for all documentation and
reporting to third party inspector as per our contract. Responsible for checking MEP change orders from
subcontractors and budget estimates for same. Also, was superintendent for the complete ground up build
of the boiler/sterilizer building from underground until completion. This included all MEP, underground
piping, reinforced concrete slab, block walls, roofing, windows and interior finishes.
6/13 to 6/14 dck Pacific Guam,
Guam Regional Medical Center, Dededo, Guam MEP QC
My duties included but were not limited to, review and approval of submittals and DFOW’s of MEP trades,
QC of all phases of mechanical trades including all prep, initial and follow up meetings as they pertained to
MEP, all lift plans that related to MEP, I was also associate QC for concrete, framing, interior finishes and
infrastructure work, site and underground utilities including all testing and documentation to the owner, I
helped hold the QC meetings for these with the other QA/QC member. I was QC in charge of HVAC, chilled
water piping above and below ground, all duct and air handling equipment, Plumbing, Electrical,
Infrastructure, controls, TAB, grease hood ducting and Fire Sprinkler. Full responsibility for all
documentation of such work including code compliance, testing and coordination with other trades,
coordination and integration of these contractors to DCK's needs and schedule, evaluation of design
changes and scope mods as they pertain to these areas, also for all close out documentation and owner
instructions as per our contract. Responsible for checking documentation for med gas installation and
testing as well as reporting test results to owner.
10/12 to 6/13……………Betenbow/dck St. Maarten NV JV
A.U.C. St Maarten Senior MEP Coordinator
DCK self-performed, by hiring local sub-contractors and laborers, all MEP, concrete and interior framing
and finish work. There was also an extensive amount of infrastructure work like new underground
drainage, new water lines, new small reverse osmosis water treatment plant and new septic system
including new underground tanks and pumping station for the lower half of the campus. I was responsible
for all installation and QC for these areas, and submittals of all trades. HVAC, chilled water piping, all
duct and air handling equipment, Plumbing, Electrical, Infrastructure, controls, TAB and Fire Sprinkler. Full
responsibility for all execution of such work including code compliance, testing and coordination, day to
day operations of all field MEP work and coordination and integration of these operations to DCK's needs
and schedule, evaluation of design changes and scope mods as they pertain to these areas, also for all
close out documentation to owner and owner instructions as per our contract. Held weekly MEP meetings
for all phases of this work.
8/11 to 10/12…………dck Ttec JV MCAS Yuma MEP Engineer/ MEP Coordinator My duties included but were not limited to, review and approval of design documents, reviewing and approval of MEP contractor submittals such as HVAC equipment, ductwork, DDC controls, Chillers, boilers, etc. Also fire sprinkler piping, valves, pre-action systems as well as Dry Agent systems, plumbing pipe designs, fixtures backflow preventers and automated flush valves, also involved in low voltage and line voltage electrical equipment and large emergency generators, day to day operations of field MEP contractors and the integration of the contractors to dck Ttec needs and schedule, evaluation of CR´s, design changes and scope modifications as it effects the contract costs. There was also extensive infrastructure work like pipe bursting, pump stations, new underground piping, new underground electrical piping, new sub station including slab and fence work. Had to comply with all NAVFAC safety and submittal requirements. Training: A.H.A. My duties include but are not limited to, management of all phases of projects ranging from small DX systems
to large chilled water systems including duct work, black iron and pre-insulated PVC piping and various types of
insulation, estimating and buying out of these types of projects. Also, negotiation of change orders for both
civilian and govt. projects and all related documentation involved in these. Manpower loading for both small
and large projects and matching people with their skill set as needed to facilitate the needs for a given project.
Projects managed and estimated include NASA, US Air Force, state, county and large retail malls and shopping
plazas. Also, was PM on two hospital jobs, the Palm Bay and Cape Canaveral hospitals, also 3 surgery centers,
including all HVAC, C/W and H/W piping, DDC controls and all stainless steel med gas. piping and butt fusion
welds. Responsible for all UL assemblies related to HVAC.

Inc. West Melbourne, Florida Sheet metal shop and Special Projects Manager/Estimator Initially held position as sheet metal shop manager. Responsibilities included but were not limited to, supplies & inventory, shipping/receiving, input of duct and fittings into Vulcan system along with scheduling deliveries to job sites and material procurement for those jobs. Assumed the additional position of Special Projects Div. Manager and estimated and ran smaller projects.
