DESCRIPTION

The key to managing an effective office is to cut down on some of the most common pitfalls that result in a decrease in productivity. Research has shown that workplace productivity malaise is due to (in general) 3 different factors, procrastination, unclear priorities, unclear objectives, ineffective meetings and a lack of inter-team communication. Focusing on improving these areas could be vital if you want your office to run smoothly and for all of your employees to be happy and healthy. Tackling procrastination you could try playing music in the office. Research has shown that 77% of employees believe music improves the office atmosphere and improves general morale. You could also be more clear and precise with what you expect of your employees and make sure that your team is communication with one-another. That why we went out and sought the opinions of the most influential time management and productivity minds out there to give you all the advice and information you could need!
