Streamlined the process to reduce deployment times from over 180 days to 30-40 days. Created a new procedure for all Contractor orders for approximately 3400 machines. Compiled old data to identify and resolve issues of previous deployments. Organized and processed the Direct Funded Contractor (DFC) orders and worked with the

POC’s for each of the companies. Scheduled and tracked the DFC orders from start to finish. Conducted monthly meetings with over 400 DFC POC’s as well as EDS-HP management to

discuss issues, questions and new processes. Enhanced end users’ understanding of ordering systems by conducting workshops, delivering
