MIRABEAU KNOWS FINANCE

Since it’s founding in 2001 Mirabeau has been servicing clients in the finance sector. We are specialised in digital solutions for retail and commercial banking, insurers and pension funds.

During these 14 years we have worked for companies such as ING, ABN AMRO, Aegon, Allianz, Rabobank and MoneYou (100% subsidiary of ABN AMRO). We’ve gained extensive experience from projects and long-term relationships with these and other global-operating financial service providers.

FINANCE PORTFOLIO

FROM ANALOG TO DIGITAL

Theodoor Gilissen is a private bank focussing on asset management for wealthy private individuals and services for independent asset managers. Theodoor Gilissen wanted to attract a younger audience. To do so, we helped them to start offering digital services.

In only 5 months we developed a personal environment for clients of Theodoor Gilissen. This environment provides dynamic young clients with relevant and constantly updated information and news. It also makes clients’ life easier by digitising processes. Active investors were used to receive multiple paper invoices, sometimes daily. These were digitised, unburdening both the client and the environment.

Themes like compliance, safety and stability are prerequisites for such an environment. Mirabeau is ISAE 3402 certified. A independent third party performed security checks on our work for Theodoor Gilissen. Not one security issue was found.

PERSONALISED AND KNOWLEDGABLE

ING commercial banking website visitors are CFOs, treasurers and senior consultants. They are looking for a clear overview of available services as well as ING CB’s possible experience on, or solution to a specific issue.

The old websites weren’t delivering the desired results. ING asked Mirabeau to create an inspiring, dynamic environment – resulting in more frequent visits. An integrated newsfeed was developed, to guide multinationals through the rough waters of the current financial climate. Finally, all products and local websites were integrated in one single environment.

We build the website in a fully responsive design for an optimal appearance on every type of device. We personalised content delivered to different users on different devices. For example, a CFO travelling around using a tablet, will receive different content than when at his home base using a laptop.

A FUTURE-PROOF MOBILE PLATFORM

MoneYou is a wholly owned subsidiary of ABN AMRO bank. The goal of MoneYou is to make financial products simple for, and accessible to, everyone.

Consumers should be able to easily manage their financial affairs at any time, anywhere. Today’s consumers readily embrace new technology and expect nothing less than the latest and greatest. Therefore, rapid innovation is crucial. With this in mind, we developed a flexible single online platform for MoneYou that communicates with a variety of financial back-end systems. New features can easily be added to the platform in the future.

The MoneYou Savings App, and a responsive website, allow MoneYou to offer financial services and finance management tooling to customers in different countries, 24/7 and in four different languages. Traditionally complex processes as opening an account, are now easy, accessible and user-friendly.

A PERSONALISED DASHBOARD

For Rabobank Mirabeau developed Rabo Corporate Connect: a relevant, personal, daily dashboard for their corporate customers (companies trading internationally and with a revenue between 25 million and 5 billion euros).

The dashboard feeds users with realtime stock market data, sector- and marketinformation and economy-related news. Combined with the situation of the customer’s own account this results in actionable information. Either with follow-up transactions or communication with the customer’s accountmanager.

Although the dashboard is the main source of information, other relevant digital channels are used as well. For example, updates of current transactions (‘track-and-trace’) are send by SMS or via an App.
