WhyIf we intend to live a life worth being called a life, we need to raise our standard of living not in terms of luxuries or how many stocks we have got in our name but how we leave each and every second of our life. Are we doing something purposeful or whatever is their in our life by our choice is for our advantage or instead it is only impacting our life in a negative way. Are our habits epitome of our success or we are being prisoner to such habits that are bringing us no good.

ExplanationAlmost 70% of our body is made of water and when we fail to drink the required amount, it makes haggard and tired not to mention craving which is wrong interpretation of signals sent by body.As it is with not getting enough sleep, you will be feeling tired and low in energy and will go on compensating with more food which often is junk food. Drinking water and enough sleep are two things that determine the standard of living as doing them well means you will be to perform well in all region of your life either work or personal life.

Doing exercise means having more energy for the rest of your day, meditation meaning getting rid of all that extra stuff in your mind that has been blocking it and with it you can re start your mind to be one the right path. Fruits and vegetable have all different kind of minerals and vitamins one need to function properly as well as they enhance your appearance.Deep breathing bring you peace and much needed oxygen by body while you can only be happy if you love yourself.
