Asparagus, Radish &Cucumber Salad
Ingredients 1. 16 ounces fresh Asparagus (stem
removed)
2. Thinly sliced 2 teaspoons Garlic minced (2 cloves)
3. 1/2 Cucumber remove seedsthinly sliced

5. 4 large leaves Butter orBibb Lettuce, rinsed
6. Non Fat Dressing of your choice'

If you wish to turn this salad into a full meal odd shreddedchicken. pork. beef or seafood to it. Just moke sure tocalculate the added nutrition values.

Directions:
1. Separately. slice the asparagus spears, cucumber andradishes thinly. Rinse with cold woter then drain.
2. Toss the vegetobles with the garlic and non fat saladdressing of your choice and arrange on lettuce leoves toserve.
Note: For the more odventurous. peel the vegetableswith a vegetable peeler to allow the vegetables to ontihave a more creotive presentation.
