sugar, and palm sugar (also known as coconut sugar).

Basically, any natural occurring oil will suffice. Oils such as olive, almond, coconut,
grapeseed, safflower are good.

These oils also serve as carrier oils which are base oils used to dilute essential oils.

Sugar Scrub Recipes
1 Cup of Brown Sugar
½ Cup of safflower oil
lemon essential oil
lavender essential oil
Lemon-Lavender Brown Sugar Scrub
Place 1 cup of brown sugar into a mixing bowl
Add ½ cup of safflower oil
Add 15 drops of lemon essential oil
Add 15 drops of lavender essential oil
Mix well
Store in a secure jar

Lemon-Lavender Brown Sugar Scrub
1 cup sugar
½ cup of avocado oil
orange essential oil
Orange Bliss Scrub
Place 1 cup of sugar into a mixing bowl
Add ½ cup of avocado oil
Add 20 drops of orange essential oil
Mix well
Store in a secure jar
