Quotes

Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it.  – Plato

It is exercise alone that supports the spirits, and keeps the mind in vigor.– Cicero

Real activity is combined with calmness which can’t be ruffled. It is a balance of mind which is never disturbed, whatever happens. Only when the mind is calm and collected is the whole of its energy spent in doing good work. – Swami Vivekananda
