Take Healthnaso® out of package, then use your thumbs and index fingers to place the nasal mask into nostrils gently. When Healthnaso® is placed inside your nostrils, fine-tune the position to achieve comfort.

Notes

• Any physical discomfort, please remove the nasal mask from the nostrils.

• When breathing is getting rough (like feeling nasal congestion), it’s time to replace a new nasal mask.
