patients heal body, mind and spirit while learning critical

Where others saw back breaking labor; we gave sweat equity. Where
others saw no potential; we built a Professional Association of

2007 2011 LightHorse Healthcare, Inc. was an all volunteer program
providing Animal Assisted Therapy & Therapeutic Riding.
Community mental health providers utilized the farm to offer their
clients experiential therapy services, however, that did not begin
to meet the clinical needs of the community. 23. The gift of the
present 2012 Present Through the generosity of others, with many
giant leaps of faith, we have grown to meet critical needs in the
community creating what LightHorse Healthcare, Inc. is today.. a
comprehensive integrative behavioral healthcare center. Mental
illness has reached crisis proportion in the US and few quality
resources exist, especially in Coastal Georgia. LightHorse
Healthcare, Inc. has a unique approach that pairs medical and
clinical expertise with the health that comes from a relationship

Healthcare Inc., in partnership with Southeast Georgia Health
System provides an on-call Crisis Assessment Team (CAT) 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. CAT services are provided to
all persons in need and everyone will be seen regardless of
insurance or payment status. Persons in crisis can contact local
law enforcement, EMS through 911 or present to the SGHS Emergency

Through a partnership with Southeast Georgia Health System,
LightHorse Healthcare, Inc. will move the clinical office into the
Medical Plaza before the end of November 2013. A clinical office
suite is under construction now. This will fully integrate
LightHorse Healthcare, Inc. into the medical community and provide
