Many reasons can occur as to why people want to quit.
People want to stop because:
They want there health to improve
They want to prevent having major illness's
They want to become more fit and active
They want to save money
They may also want to reduce the risk of having a fire in their house
People get very determined and use their own willpower
Some people can go to their advisers/doctors for ways to quit
Some people buy special nicotine replacement therapies or sometimes their doctor prescribes them
Some people order quit kits which are available to order online and that helps them stop
