Goat Leg SoupPreparation Time: 15 mins

Cooking Time: 60 Mins

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Oil1 Onion – Paste

500 gms Goat Leg

2-3 Green Cardamom

2-3 Cloves2 Bay Leaves

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1 tsp Cumin Powder

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tbsp Coriander Powder

1/2 Pepper Powder

Salt to Taste

For Garnishing:

Coriander Leaves - Chopped

How to make Goat Leg Soup

Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cloves and cardamom. Stir well

Step 2: Add onion and ginger garlic paste. Saute till the onions turn pink

Step 3: Add goat legs and water to it. Stir for 2 mins

Step 4: Add turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and salt to taste. Stir well

Step 5: Cover the lid and cook for 50 mins or wait for 12-13 whistles

Step 6: Switch off the flame and let the pressure release
