There are several things you can do to help success and try and prevent failure. One of the things

fast weight loss is often loss of water retention or even muscle wastage; neither of these provide

Keep a diary or use some sort of method to record your success. Seeing this in black and white
does wonders for one’s self esteem and motivation. Having said that it does not matter how you
record it as long as you do.

are not the answer in themselves. The answer and motivation lies within you. Take that step now
with a lifestyle change and you will enjoy a slimmer, healthier and happier you, not just for a few
