Tutorial to get you started

This is a specially created tutorial to make your start with FitQuickly.com as easy as possible! Please read it carefully. You can also check our

Are you ready to create your profile at FitQuickly.com?

Welcome to FitQuickly.com!

This is what our home page looks like – users see this as a starting page upon logging into the platform.

As you might have noticed under the main banner there are profiles of top performing dietitians. We put up our own photos and short BIOs In

order to show you what it’s going to look like in the final version

Now, let’s take a look at what the user will see? Here is a sample expert’s profile as it will be seen on the main page:

As seen on the screenshot the user will see the basic information about the expert, like expert’s picture, name and surname, field of expertise,

price for a consultation and nearest availability. User will also be given the option

A few crucial features appeared:

1) Social Media buttons – to allow you to share your favorite expert’s profile on the social media

2) Tags: are your flirters to help you navigate the platform with ease. “Tags” are the key words which describe your fields of expertise and

your specialization topics. Use “Tags” to briefly describe your specialization preferences and help users reach you easier

3) Calendar: When you click on a Book Now button or simply scroll down the page you will see the Expert’s calendar – a tool which allows

users to manage and book appointments with you. This tool helps both user and expert manage their meetings. Expert sets his availability

(the day and particular time of potential meeting), then user books the preferred meeting slot.

Calendar has two view options – a monthly view and a weekly view. When user clicks on the preferred day for a consult, let’s say he’d like to meet

on Monday, he is taken to the week view where he can see available meeting hours.

Then, when the user hovers the mouse over the green cell a tooltip appears. In this case the user is considering a consult on Friday, 6th of June. If

he’d like to talk to the dietitian longer than 30 minutes he may book 2 consults, one after another. If the Expert is not available at this time, user

will see blank cell and won’t be able to book a consult for that time slot.

Calendar is synchronized with the time zone set on your device. If you travel abroad please always make sure that it’s set according to local time

– there is no possibility to report abuse in case of incorrectly set time zones.

You can always change your time zone manually under the “Time zone” tab below the Calendar.

User reviews

Upon scrolling down, under Calendar you will find users’ reviews of the particular Expert. Under Endorsements you will find positive reviews

complementing expert’s expertise. Endorsements may be connected with the Expert’s profile on Linked In.

HOW TO JOIN AS AN EXPERT?

It’s super easy! Just click “Join us” or “Register” then, on the Registration screen, choose the option “Join as an expert”

Afterwards, you will be redirected to the signup form:

Here you will be asked to provide us with your e-mail address and create your new password

After pressing “Start Now” you will receive the following message:

Check your email and click on the confirmation link to proceed!

Can’t you find your activation email? Please check your SPAM inbox. If that doesn’t work, please try to register once again. If within 24 hours you

haven’t received any notification please go to our support section, and submit your ticket as shown on the first page of this tutorial.

Welcome Expert! Now you’re a part of FitQuickly.com!

In next steps you’ll be asked to complete your profile with:

Basic information about you – name, country code, phone and time zone (you can’t change it

later!)

Fields of your expertise – select tags that describe your specialization best. You can also connect

with your LinkedIn profile – your skills will be matched and used as tags on your FitQuickly.com

profile.

BIO – a short story about you which will appear in search results and on your profile

Your photo – it’s always better to talk to a person than to an avatar

Your price rate for a 30-minute consult

After everything is completed correctly, you will see the notification:

After verification you will be able to navigate your account choosing from the options visible on the left

side of your website window – it’s your navigation panel which is always pinned and visible. You may edit

your personal information using the tab “PROFILE”

Synchronize and Socialize!

In the Profile section you can connect your FitQuickly.com profile with Facebook and Google Plus accounts to allow for quicker log in. Another

benefit of synchronization is that your friends or people having you in their circles may share your profile and help you promote it. Maybe some

of their friends will see you and decide to book a meeting?

Social Media helps user to relay on your skills- it’s a living proof that you are an Expert and other people recommend your skills.

Furthermore! It helps with getting endorsements from other users.

Calendar

Here you can set your meeting time. It’s really easy. Just click on a column with a certain day and choose the time slot(s) when you’re free. It’s

done! You can select more than one cell as well - just click and drag the cursor. Cells marked green show when you will be available to conduct the

meetings with clients.

Under the calendar you will see the applied time zone – make sure it’s set according to the time zone of your stay at the moment of your consult.

If you’d like to remove

the meeting just click

on it and press on the

“Remove” button. You

can select more than

one cell (by clicking

and dragging the

cursor). However, if

you have already

booked a session it will

remain booked. In

case you’re not able to

provide a consult

during that time slot,

you need to cancel it

manually (cancellation

policy applies). You

can’t remove

past(conducted)

meetings.

Messages To ensure better communication with your clients or FitQuickly.com’s team, if needed, we have created an extra feature, an online messenger.

Thanks to this you will be able to keep all of your notifications from FitQuickly.com in one place.

Sometimes you might need to clarify something with your client or talk over the details of the next consult, and this tool is designed to help you.

However remember, it is not designed to provide consultations- you will not be receiving payments for consultations provided through the Online

Messenger. Don’t let your clients take advantage of it.

User may send you a message ONLY after completing the whole booking process. You can’t send messages to users other than the ones who have

already contacted you (due to all of users’ profiles being hidden).

If you have any problems you may use this tool to contact FitQuickly.com support center. Just use this

feature to send us a message!

In case of someone stalking

you or sending irrelevant

messages, you may block

him/her using the “Block

[User]” button at the top

right-hand corner of your

screen.

Meetings

Under “Meetings” you will find the list of your upcoming and finished meetings. It includes: name of your clients, status of the meeting, date of

the meeting, price and your future earnings (the amount which goes to your PayPal account, (subject to FitQuickly.com’s commission, cancellation

fees, abuse reports, etc.)) In case of reported abuse or a meeting cancelled 24 hours prior to the consult, the “Future Earning” may account to $0.

You can also check only “Finished”, or “Canceled” meetings.

CONSULTATION

The consultation may be conducted only upon PayPal verification of user’s payment.

In the “Meetings” tab you can see the upcoming meetings with the following information: your client’s name, his or her message, and time counter

showing when the meeting starts. You will be reminded about the consultation both 24 hours and 1 hour prior to the consultation’s start.

Let’s go to the meeting room!

5 minutes prior to the consultation a "GO TO THE MEETING ROOM" button will appear in your "MEETINGS" tab.

It’s crucial to Click it before the meeting’s start. After being transferred to the “Meeting room”, please wait for your client to join.

Here’s what it looks like!

As you can see there are plenty of ways to improve your communication with the user. Aside from the video chat you may send text messages via

chat. Furthermore, you may exchange files (e.g. a scan of the user’s health test results). You may change your headphone and video settings under

the video chat window.

Ending the meeting

If you would like to end the meeting before the planned time you may just hang up using the “End meeting” button at the upper right corner of

the page.

FINANCES After the consultation you can go to your Finances and check how much you have

earned!

Amount pending – is the amount of money you have already earned, but hasn’t been

approved. Approving period takes 7 days, during which the client can report abuse.

Upon reaching 100$ and a successful approval the amount will be transferred to

“Amount available”.

(According to our Terms of Use the user have 7 days after the consult to report an

abuse if something caused his dissatisfaction during the session)

Amount available - is the amount of money you have already earned, which is

waiting for your withdrawal. (Exceeding $100 and consults were provided more than

7 days ago, while no abuse was reported.)

Withdrawal pending is the amount of money which is being processed – you’ve just

requested a withdrawal and it’s awaiting for the verification of FitQuickly.com or

PayPal.

Withdrawal

Upon reaching 100$ and lasting through the approval period (7 days) you are able to withdraw your amount earned.

When you decide to withdraw it click on the button “Withdraw funds” and let PayPal take you through its Money Withdrawal procedure. If you

don’t have a PayPal account please create one to be able to withdraw your earnings.
