Old age is often associated with health problems and weakness, probably the biggest reason why people have a fear of growing old. (Gerascophobia is the unnatural and irrational fear of ageing) However, it doesn’t necessarily have to be this way. Altering your attitude and lifestyle a little can bring a positive change in the way you grow old. You just have to have the right attitude and the will to live life to its full potential, no matter what age you are.

2. 1. Drink plenty of water The fact that drinking enough water is synonymous to good health cannot be stressed enough. As you age, it becomes even more important. Dont forget the workout Most people take age as an excuse of not exercising. They couldnt be more mistaken. As you age, the body is as much in need of physical workout. Discuss with your physician and device a workout plan that best suits your age and health conditions. Its not necessary that you have to hit the gym. There is no doubt about the fact that as we age, the body does suffer from some damage.
