Daily tasks include management of staffing records to include employee lists to include clearance status, VARs, position title and CLIN rate associated to third party contractors. Update SharePoint, Excel and other department files with staffing rosters and memorandums. Responsible for providing resumes of potential candidates for vacancies and the coordination of interviews for 11 task orders/ multiple program offices. Coordinate with Program Management Office and FSO to facilitate the on boarding of all new third party contractors hired on contract. Responsible for keeping Government managers informed on hiring activities. Assist Branch Chiefs with employee lists to include assistance on CLIN (Contract Line Item Numbers) rates relative to burn rate for budget purposes.
