What is BUBBLE TEA?

Bubble tea, the other name for pearl tea or Boba is a cold drink that has its origin in Taiwan.Bubble tea is an experiment done with green tea or black tea by adding some fruity flavors, then shaking it well to produce bubbles and serving it in a clear cup. The bubbles are chewy tapioca balls or fruit jellies that are blended with ice ingredients and added to it giving it a slushy taste.
